I DoorDashed here donuts and battery’s they told me come and will replace them. I get there and she wanna argue. Saying they just got here yesterday the date is 03/26/2025 on them and they were stale. If u door dash from here BEWARE check the date. And what made it worst is how aggressive management is over a 5$ item. So I just said keep them.

Worst pharmacy I have ever experienced. Prescriptions are NEVER ready and they always have some odd excuse as to why not. Such as ‘it went to the wrong location’ and they have refused to have it transferred. Another example: ‘It’s a large prescription, you should have called us to let us know when you were coming in to pick it up’. These kind of shenanigans are always after I have received texts saying my prescription is ready. I tell them I received a text and then they blame it on the ‘system’ or some other nonsensical excuse. These experiences are directly with the Pharmacist and not the Techs. The Pharmacists take little ownership and are simply unprofessional. In addition, this Walgreens Pharmacy instills little confidence that my prescriptions are actually filled correctly.

My girlfriend went to get her medicine and our baby and an American lady with short, medium-red hair, racist, angry and brave, did not want to sell her the medicines... what a lack of respect... people like that don't deserve to have a job like that.

I arrived for a scheduled Flu test appointment, only to be informed that all their Flu/Covid tests were expired. It’s utterly irresponsible to accept appointments without ensuring the availability of valid tests. What’s worse, there was no prior communication about this significant oversight. This lapse in basic responsibility and customer service is unacceptable, especially in healthcare. Potential clients should be wary of depending on a store that fails to meet such fundamental expectations.

Always neat and clean and items stay put in one place so you can find them easily. I was sad to see some of the low ratings in the past.

I'm not sure what's happening at this Broad Street Walgreens Pharmacy however when they first took over from Rite Aid and became Walgreens the store was perfect organized great customer service everything going very well in the last 6 months everything has drifted away medication not in stock they do not follow up with you to let you know that your meds are available or if it's going to take days they just tell you that your prescription is not ready yet without giving you a time frame as to when it's going to be ready they just tell you that we don't have your medication and then and then they literally asked me to call of the pharmacies to see if my medication will be available at other pharmacies and I'm like but isn't that your job so I guess I'll currently be looking for a new pharmacist CVS or Walmart here I come.

The employees and their manager are disrespectful to every customer and their service was horrible I'd rather ride my bike to the next closest Walgreens

Part of providing medications and vaccines is good customer service, which is lacking here. This location is better than the Fayetteville St location but that is not saying much. My experience with this store/pharmacy: slow and unfriendly. And when you complain, they apologize but also blame you. Which is not an apology. I remedied the problem and transferred my business elsewhere.
