Thank you to your staff in the pharmacy department for expediting my prescription and adding an otc med to the order for my son to pick up for me in a timely manner. I had been working on getting the care and prescription since about 1230 today. Your staff was not aware of this but went above and beyond regardless. We need more people like this to give great customer service.

Website says the pharmacy At 9 AM. Store didn’t open till 20 minutes after. I called to see when the store would open. The clerk who answered, seemed irritated that I was asking why they were 20 minutes late opening.

My normal pharmacy changed their hours and didn't tell me verbally or update their phone recording, and I badly needed access to breathing medication.This pharmacy refused to fill my prescription for asthma medicine even when I explained it was an emergency refill and I can't get enough air. They wouldn't give me an emergency supply because another pharmacy had "filled" the script. To be clear, I that pharmacy is closed and I don't have access to that medication. It's just on their shelf to be picked up later.If there is a legal reason, I understand. But I haven't experienced such a blatant lack of care from a pharmacist in a really long time. "You can always buy it out of pocket." Good to know that lifesaving medication is only available on emergency basis for wealthy people. The woman I spoke to was sociopathic - like she had no patience for anyone who doesn't have 300-400$ to waste.I just want my medicine so I can breathe well enough to stay out of the ER. It's not just for me - flu is deadly for vulnerable patients and I don't want other people to get sick.

This is *mainly* a pharmacy review. So I’ll start with that—11/10. They have great service always and typically can quickly resolve issues. I drive past closer locations because of this staff y’all! Today they made miracles happen. Thank you to all of y’all. I’ve also shopped in the store a few times and I’ve never had a bad experience! Organized and efficient service. 100!

Arrived 15 minutes early as requested and found out that others had been waiting over 45 minutes after their scheduled appointment. If I respect your time by being early you should respect my valuable time too.

If you're reading this, do yourself a favor and go to a different pharmacy. Avoid Walgreen's altogether actually. Even if you have to drive out of your way, it will save you time in the long run. I have wasted so many hours of my life trying to get my meds from these people. Every month, I drive to this pharmacy and more often than not I am told my meds are out of stock, to come back the next day. Sometimes this happens multiple days in a row, while I sit around without my medicine, which makes it impossible to do my day job. When they do have it in stock, I am told to come back later in the day, because even though they should be well aware that my Rx needs to be filled, and even though I got an email alert saying so, they still haven't filled it. These people are so indifferent to your suffering, it baffles me why they chose this profession. And it's not just this location; I called Walgreen's support and was told that it's my job, as a customer, to call around all the Walgreen's in my area to see if they can fill my prescription when my local Walgreens can't. I'm just in awe at the inefficiency and lackadaisical attitude that these people approach what should be considered a serious and important service of supplying people with the medicine they need to live fulfilling and productive lives. This company cares only for profit; it is a scourge on communities. It is no wonder they played such an outsized role in the opioid epidemic. They should shut down.

I work here, but from a customer pov I think our staff is pretty nice and helpful. We have a hella rad store manager, and we have squishmallows. That is all. Lol.
