The photo department cancelled our engagement/Christmas photos 4.5 hours before our session today. It wouldn't have been so bad if they didn't call us 3 times within the last 2 days to confirm our appointment and ask details about props, etc. This is unacceptable and they have no openings for photos for the next 2 weeks! I made this appointment 2 weeks ago and the only thing they can do is reschedule or cancel. Very rude and unprofessional! Book with a PRIVATE PHOTOGRAPHER!!!!!

All the fitting rooms were closed. There are no associates out on the floor. I would've had to wait in a long line at check out just to ask a question.

i have been a Sephora customers for years now but the sevice at that store was terrible, very unprofessional and made me and my family feel unwelcome. They couldn't get the correct maych for cousin skin tone and the lady hleping me clearly didn't know what she was doing. I was very disappointed and I will never go there again.

The worst experience with a company. Do not purchase mattresses from them. We ordered 9/4 and were promised two week delivery. Three weeks later we called and were told it would arrive in three days. We called over 14 more times over two and half months. We were told various stories such as it is at the warehouse already, it is back ordered, it was lost and reordered, it is already being delivered. We spoke to countless representatives who did not seem to be on the same page. We had two deliveries scheduled only to have the company not show both times. There are several other followups to this but bottomline after 11 weeks we were told once more the mattress is lost again. We asked for a refund to which they stated it takes two weeks to process then another two weeks to issue a check. They offered no additional compensation other than "enjoy 10% off your next purchase". They are disorganized and in capable of understanding the amount of stress and inconvenience they caused nor do they wish to rectify their poor management of the situation other then a generic apology. They sent a $100 gift card to JCPENNEY which is better then nothing but does not account for the loss in our time, energy and back pain due to a poor mattress that needs to be replaced.

I'm a major makeup newbie so I always feel self conscious when shopping around beauty stores. I've often felt patronized or judged when at other stores. That definitely wasn't the case here. I came in today looking for color matching for some foundation and Iran, the woman who helped me, was amazing. She was patient, listened to my concerns and told me the pros and cons of various products. I was so impressed with her professionalism, especially since she was the only staff member in the store at the time. I never felt rushed at all. Thank you, Iran!

I have a gift card from Sephora and can only be used at the jc penny location . There employees hardly want to be there, they always have attitudes but there's this 1 that is nice and always helping around but I can't remember her name she's the only one who actually does the job right other then that this store is pointless there always out of stock of everything.

I had a good experience. I went in seeking advice on an all day/long wear lip color, seeking some translucent powder, and dry shampoo. The lady that helped me (I hate that I didn't catch her name) was very helpful and polite and gave me advice for brands and products and let me try lots of options. Overall the store was well stocked and organized. The 2nd associate was on her lunch break so when it came time to check out the process slowed a bit, but lunch breaks are necessary and it's the holidays so delays are to be expected. I qualified for a VIB card and they could not be located, but the JCP manager came in, apologized and explained she would need to order some more but at my next purchase the card reminder would pop up in their system again and not to worry. She was also very polite, helpful, and cheery. The store in JCP does not carry a lot of the hair products which I didn't know, so I didn't get my dry shampoo today, but that's no big deal.

I went to this location during Black Friday. It was actually Thursday evening when I went, and I was there when the doors opened. Despite all the hustle and bustle of Black Friday, all of the employees were very friendly, and I was helped several times. I went in wanting to buy a new purse and a coat, and I was not disappointed. I first went up to the second floor to check out the coats, and I had two different people offer to help me. My only complaint would be one of the sales representatives was pretty pushy. Her English wasn't great, so maybe I was just experiencing a conflicting cultural norm. She asked us immediately if we were going to open a credit card with them, and I understand sales quotas, and that's fine that she asked, but we didn't really have time to stand around and discuss if we were going to do that, with the way merchandise was flying off the shelves. We sort of blew her off to get back to browsing coats. I selected a coat, and we handed it off to the same lady, to go check out the purses. She was very adamant that we return to her, for checkout. We went to check out purses, and I decided on a vanilla Michael Kors bag, that was on a great sale. I needed help having the bag removed from its security clip, and a lady in a different department quickly came to help. She even trusted me to walk the unsecure bag from the purse department to the coat department. A bit risky though. We went back to the original lady for checkout, and she demanded that we NOT use the lane that was empty, because she needed credit for our credit card, that we never even said we were going to open. My boyfriend kind of gave in to opening one, because we wanted the discount. After we opened it, she just kind of assumed we were going to be using it to pay for our items and that wasn't the case. When I explained to her that we didn't want to use the credit card to pay for it, she made a big deal about how she, "already asked me about that." As a said.. a pretty strong language barrier here. All in all, we ended up getting crazy deals. I got a two hundred dollar coat and a two hundred dollar bag for like... 140 bucks. I'll take that, even if I have to deal with a few minor inconveniences. Not to mention the atmosphere at South Point can't be beat.

I saw the manager, Jasmine, of the store being very rude to an employee and customers. Her mannerisms very unprofessional, and I was quite honestly shocked. I have been shopping at Sephora for a while and it's my favorite makeup store, but I have never seen such unprofessional behavior on the floor. The manager seems to have a very poor understanding of products, was dismissive of me, and seemed like she did not want to be there. I will not be returning to this Sephora until the upper management finds a solution for the terrible service and environment.

The company and products are great, but the service is not. They don't usually know what they are talking about and they always try to upsell you. Its really awkward when you want a 12$ and they try to force you to buy a 40$ one so they make better commission. I buy from sephora's website now because of all the great coupons.

the worst shopping website I have ever experienced. It do not allow purchase any items more than 1 (they say it is to make sure everyone have the chance to buy), but you can still select Qty number 2 or more. If you do not know their stupid policy in advance, and buy 2 or more same items, they will judge you as a re-seller, and deactivated your account in a highly possibility! This is not the worst, the worst thing is they NEVER tell you that your account have been deactivated!! They do it in the shadow, do not send you a email, nor notice you when you sign in your account. they make a trap to let you keep purchasing on their website and they keep cancelling your orders, so the money you pay will be stayed in their bank account for a bill cycle, 7 business days or more, so they can have more liquidity, and you lost yours, and waste a lot of time!
