I just stopped at this location to get gas. I waited at the counter for at least 5 minutes & then left. It appeared like nobody was working??? Guess they don't need the business. I used to stop here every morning. NOT ANYMORE!!! Unlike the so-called employees there, I had to get to work.

This location sucked.
Consistently dirty bathrooms, consistently out of stock, and consistently poor employees (probably).
The bright side is it's a Sheetz so it will have some redeeming things.
Also, this gives me an opportunity to explore competitors.
I wish management the best!

I just ordered a Reese’s Peanut butter lovers milkshake and it was TRASH!! You can barely taste the peanut butter, no drizzle of any kind and no Reese’s broken up on top of it.

Still waiting for one order of boneless wings after 25 minutes.
Edit: total wait time was 32 minutes and they gave me shwings instead of boneless shwings.

all the employees need to be fired in the cooking area ,bad attitude and unwashed hands ,but to come and fined out that its the same manager from the north Raleigh Sheetz corporate needs to do something here this is bad.

I absolutely love the staff here...both the night and day shifts. I come here all the time since I live nearby and also do local deliveries and I always come here for the best ever milkshakes and I always ask for extra this or that and they always accommodate me and don't make me feel bad for asking like some other places. I was looking on their website bc I wanted to make sure to compliment them to their superiors but couldn't find anywhere to put a review so I just came here to Google to sing their praises!

Was passing through while traveling and made a stop here to get some gas and food. The customer service from the front register was good but the food service people were taking their time and messing with their hair as they were cooking. It took 20 mins for us to get our food. Since none of them were wearing hair nets so I wasn’t surprised when I found hair in my food. The chicken in the chicken wrap was hard and dry and the fries were cold. Me and my spouse couldn’t finish the food. Even my sandwich I received was undercooked.

Nice and full of items store. Great service. Although 3 machines were out of service and some items sold out (it was a Monday Morning) the overall products and variety was good and coffee OK (but "chafé" - as we say in Brazil)
