Very disappointed in the food I ordered at this Sheetz! Other Sheetz food does not taste like this. The grease definitely needs to be changed and an overall deep clean of vat. The food service was very slow, no other orders at the time. The guy working that area had 0 customer service skills. He blatantly ignored my request for sauce to go with my chicken bites order. 3 request ended up with none. The customer service at the register was excellent, smiling, friendly people. The cooler was well stocked with many options, but the store wasn’t that busy and it was a mess. (not stock time messy) If the public side is that dirty/ messy, I can’t imagine the cleanliness state the “back of the house” is in. ;( Food handler safety also needs quick correction.
Did not want to have to write this review, but people are going to get sick eating that food in more ways than one. People please take pride in everything you do! Regardless of the “ level” Your work there is important as is customers health & safety.

Food was okay, but the wait time is atrocious. Waiting 55 minutes for my wrap is unacceptable. The workers seems to be playing around instead of working on orders.

This place looks nice, customer service on the evening of 12/27/24 was awful. I am from out of state and most gas stations were closed by the time we got our rental car after flying in. I called to check if they had cream soda and was told they had 2 brands. After we drove there, I couldn't find any. I waited at the counter for several minutes (while one drunken customer sat on the floor crying) until someone came over and I asked if he could help me find cream soda as more customers walked up. He told me I would need to wait until he checked them out and I decided to wait several more minutes despite having such a long and draining day. Found 2/$6 Gatorades and grabbed 2 while waiting. After about 6-8 minutes he left the counter after some drunken customers screamed at him and brought over Dr pepper with cream soda flavor and said it was all they had. Frustrated, I started to ring up the Gatorade instead but it was ringing up as $7 for 2 instead of $6, which I would've paid if it hadn't advertised as 2/$6. With no worker in sight and the drunken people making rude comments to me, I left the Gatorade on the counter and walked out. Disappointing end to a long and draining day.

Ordered a bagel with cream cheese. Waited forever while one guy watched another guy make all of the food. Literally just stood there looking between the screen and the guy making the food. One woman was helping other customers out at the ordering screen so she was doing what she was supposed to. She gets back to the counter and says to guy who is doing nothing did you make that bagel? She tells him to make it and this is what I get. I don’t think it was toasted and I don’t even know why I paid for cream cheese since this is what came on it. It’s the easiest possible order. I would have only given one star but the lady trying to do everything by herself upped the stars.

Pretty pitiful.
Only one order infront of me. I ordered hot dogs with mayo, onions, boom boom and relish ON the hotdog. I open the bag once I'm back on the road to find this.....
Can't even put all the condiments on the food. It's honestly pretty pitiful.
I'm glad I didn't order the more expensive quesaritto that I was contemplating ordering instead. There's no telling how that would have come out if this is the acceptable standard here.

Talking about false advertising!!!! You can get two 12oz red bull for $6 anywhere. Here…. They advertise the same thing but when checking out at the register, you have to have a sheetz card and they don’t advertise that you need a sheetz card.
