It's insane that when you apply for a job you get turned down but they hire people who aren't even competent enough to follow a list of items to ensure everything is there for the door dash order that I put in. Call and tell the manager and she says tell door dash, why? They aren't the ones that are CONSISTENTLY screwing up orders because they can't read a simple list of items with PHOTOS and ensure that their customers are getting the right products and all of their products. I'm so pissed right now especially over this and the fact that the manager could give a shit about what happened. It's no wonder y'all have to keep hiring managers. But instead you are passing over people who could get the job, you should have hired someone who can get the job done and who actually cares about their job, their customers and doing the job right. Not just showing up for a damn paycheck.

I've visited this location only two times. Today I ordered a breakfast sandwich, small hashbrown, and cold brew. While waiting for my order I had the pleasure of witnessing Dezorah running things in the kitchen. My food was piping hot and delicious! Minor waiting period. Dezorah sets a strong example with her leadership abilities, focus, and multitasking. These qualities are rare and worth the visit if you enjoy well prepared and cared for Sheetz delicacy. Thank you Dezorah and the Sheetz team.P.S. I love the short blonde hair. It suits you!

My name is M. Morris, I am a former Operator in the Army. I am a homeless veteran and not causing a problem kicked me out tonight on the streets at 17 degrees. We buy coffee and food and they still treat the homeless in this fashion. This is the second time they have done this to me. I am an asset not a liability!!! Most that work there are great people and very kind and show much love to those struggling. But some live a life of ease and totally insensitive to those on the streets. I am not happy the way they have treated me. ? I could remember back in the day when we didn't have sheets, we had family stores that cared more about the soul's that came in and not about the profits! You could relax and talk to neighbors and family and friends and not felt like cattle herded out the door and treated like a lower class of person. I forgive the way you have done. Most of the homeless buy food and supplies but it seems it's the younger generation that love bullying the homeless veteran and other soul's that I have observed. I know many people from high to our basic hard working soul's that mean the world to me. I am thinking of a total boycott of ever purchasing any thing from your stores again and sending my review to congressman and Government leaders because this cannot go on in a democracy. All people of all backgrounds and ethnicities should be respected and treated with dignity, that of which me and others did not receive. As an Operator and Veteran, me and others gave you your freedom by fighting and protecting our United States and we had your back, and your safety was our first priority!!! I felt after twice your store off Duke st in Durham NC, you threw me and others to the wolves. You all should be ashamed of your conduct.When you called the cops to have us removed like a common criminal, there was know transit bus running, 17 degrees ? all shelters filled up and they didn't give a darn If I would of froze tonight!!!!!!

At the fountain drinks: the floor was nasty and wet, the counters were covered with spilled drinks, ice was piled under the dispenser, most of the cups were out, and few cup lids available. The floors throughout were sticky and dirty.

It's a 24-hour gas station, not designed for long-term shopping. One major detractor from this location is the number of panhandlers and homeless. Going in the store for even a quick snack means dealing with requests for money.

Great customer service! Came in saw signs for Free Coffee 2023 in app offer. While I’m a bit tech savvy, I was taking some time to figure it out. Ms. Kim, who I believe one of the managers, took the time to speak and ask me if I needed help. And was knowledgeable about the offer. And actually shared a moment which brightened my day! Often going to a convenience/gas store especially during rush hour it’s busy you’re just trying to get in and as well as staff they leave you alone, in respect of your time. Yet Ms. reached out and offered kindness and appreciation for which I’m grateful! So if you’re in the area this holiday season say Hi to Ms. Kim, while getting your free coffee on Fridays in the app!

Every time I visit this location my order is done right and fast. The one person working the MTO station has exceptional customer service. I ordered the chicken quesadilla and the tortilla was crispier than a fresh haircut. I cannot show a picture because it’s gone already.

They have habanero sauce to order for .50$ for a small container, which I love! But I picked up a ham,egg and cheese sandwich and the ham was over cooked and had thick skin around it which I couldn't chew.

I go to this Sheetz quiet a bit. What I have noticed is their lack in cleaning the bathrooms. They don't seem to want to clean the toilets, look inside the stalls where someone could have smeared something, or even mop. When you see stains on a toilet that you have seen about 9 hours before, you know the bathroom wasn't touched. That isn't right.

The lady that works the register also works at another Sheetz I go to sometimes and she is awesome! She's always went above and beyond at her Job and is so pleasant as well as has a beautiful smile!

I always go to Sheetz to buy my lunch for work. They have a large customized menu and a lot of other goodies to buy.
