Store says it’s open 24 hours however lights were on and a young lady was behind the register and wouldn’t let me in. Fix it.

I walked in side with a X5 scratch off and I was buying 2. MXDs the old dark skinned lady was incresinly rude made a few negative remarks about me. Even refused to finish the transaction because I didn't have a quarter to scratch off the bottom of the ticket she was determined to make me look bad. Called me a few names I won't even repeat and to add insult to injury she took her personal phone to record me

Atm informed me I was being charged $3.00 (rip off) to withdraw money. Ended up being charged $5.50 . NEVER AGAIN

I'm very dissatisfied with my experience I had at this store. I went to the location at 10pm 7/3/2020 after just putting money on my cash app card. I went in store asked for 20$ on pump #5 2packs of tobacco product and a Gatorade. It totaled out to $25.02 I put in my card and entered my pin. On my key pad it said complete. The cashier said that the card declined and asked if I wanted to try it again. So I did. She said the same thing. So then I opened my account and see that both transactions went thru. With totaled to $50.04. She didnt know what to do so she called paul(supposedly the store manager) who told me not to worry about it not understanding that I just got 50 bucks taken out my account and still needed to get gas. So I then had to go the the atm be charged 3$ to pull out more money to put gas in my car. He gave me his number (which was the store number) and said he would be in the store 7/4/2020 in the am to fix the problem if it hasn't been corrected. So in total I went into shell with the expectations of spending 25.02 and have 75.06 out of my account. It's now 3pm 7/4 and havent heard anything from Paul.

They close at 12 I arrived at 11:50 tonight 11/24 and she refused to let me in the store . I spend about $40 here everyday on gas and other stuff .
