A year ago, I posted an extremely strongly worded review in regard to this location. I have never been more proud of an institution in doing a complete 180 in their service. Cavaliers down 3-1 vs the Warriors in 2018 level comeback. The drive through? Quick and easy. Great people, not the brainless ones they had in there before. The smoothies? The peanut power plus (with chocolate)? Don’t even get me started. We’ve come a long way from banana mush water folks. The chocolate sensation combined peanut butter goodness is sensational. Whoever they got whippin these smoothies up deserves a smooch on the mouth. My local smoothie king got it together.

Fat guy with dreds doesn't know what's going on and the girl just sits there and laughs. This is what happens when you have people that don't do their job. That place will soon go out of business if they don't hire new people smh. Definitely not going back again

The smoothie was great, however when the young blond girl with a slight mustache opened the drive-thru window. A strong odor radiated from her. Please tell her to address her hygiene, it is unexpectable for someone working in the food industry to have a strong enough body odor for me to smell it IN MY CAR through the window.

I’m sort of embarrassed I waited almost 20 minutes just to order a smoothie. Not wait in line, the person said to hold on and I waited for them to take my order. I checked in with them twice and still told me to hold. I have to find a new smoothie place.

This chain needs to be shut down! Extremely slow service, they use preservatives and freezer burnt frozen fruit…literally had to get a refund. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE go to Tropical Smoothie, Juicekeys, Juicevibes, ANYWHERE ELSE if you want a good smoothie or smoothie bowl, because Smoothie King IS NOT IT. Just sad.?

I am not sure what is going on inside with the workers but the wait is ridiculous. For a Friday 9am drive thru visit to be more than 15 minutes (this is just to order) with a line of cars behind you- something is off. Efficiency is definitely not a priority. I unfortunately just ended up leaving sans smoothie.

This is one of the slowest locations ever.. the smoothies are ok but they really need more swiftness here. 15 minutes to even order is ridiculous.

one word: DIRTY!!!! The employees here DO NOT WEAR GLOVES. This location here is the true definition of disgusting, and repulsive. I would expect this type of behavior, and actions from a street vendor. First of all I went to the drive thru they had 1 other car. It took them 10 mins to take my order an angel food smoothie, and a Açaí bowl. Then when I got to the window I paid for my food and waited an additional 20 minutes before the woman in the video came up and asked about my substitutions on my bowl. I noticed she wasn't wearing any gloves so immediately I wasn't interested. I told her I wanted a refund for the açaí bowl. She became angry and was like 'oh my god' and huffed as she slammed the window. She then proceeded to open the window again to tell me she was not going to be wearing gloves either when prepping my smoothie. Of course I wanted a full refund on the spot, I'm not going to risk getting sick because someone can't wear gloves. She then told me they do not have time to be changing gloves. It was crazy to me how they didn't have time since I was the only one in line. I've worked in food services before, and I have NEVER been to an establishment that refuses to wear gloves. Then they told me they couldn't issue me a refund and had to call their manager to do a refund. Which added on an additional 20 more minutes. This dump needs to be shut down, and the employees need to be fired. Fired or trained in customer service because clearly they don't have a clue about customer service or anything about working in food. Absolutely DISGUSTING in every way, I wonder how many people got sick today from this dump. Will NEVER return to this pigsty.Update: whole company is a joke the email provided isn't even valid

BE ware they USE NO GLOVES WHEN PREPARING YOUR FOOD. THEN THEY GET MAD ABOUT IT. I NEED TO CALL HEALTH services because ain't no way it's safe or reasonable for them to not accommodate. On top of that they steal folks money. Ain't my fault you're 50 working at a smoothie place. Idk what it is about smoothie places
