Quick and friendly service - I hadn’t been to this location in years but had a great experience then and now. Got an inspection and a few things replaced for a very reasonable price. They even helped me resolve some weird issues with the skid plate.

Very friendly!! They listened to my concerns about a possible oil and coolant leak. $5 online instant coupon savings. Had no wait time!!! Instantly pulled into a bay and got started. Place is kind of hidden, but it’s a hidden gem!!! Free coffee and water while you wait. Highly recommend.

“Snappy Lube” is a hidden gem. Did you know this venue also does state vehicle testing ($30). The process was about 15-minutes. If your state inspection is due, don’t sleep on this business. They are prompt and professional located conveniently on NC-54, right behind Waffle House and directly across from Battery Plus!

Went to get an oil change and a state inspection. Prices were about 50% more expensive than other local prices. Got offered 3 upsell items. One was a deluxe service that was not needed. Then after paying- about to pull off, the mechanic came out saying they forgot to do my inspection.
Gave 2 stars because they were able to start on my car immediately. Do not recommend. Will not be returning.

Our family has had two excellent experiences with Tre. He is the fastest, most capable human for working on cars that we have encountered. Two times he has given our car an oil change and inspection in 40 minutes or less. We are grateful for his attention to detail and expertise. We would highly recommend Tre and Snappy Lube to anyone.

I ended up here after another business was unhelpful, and I'm so glad I did. The service was great, really professional and friendly. They didn't overcharge me or try to upsell me anything. I'll be coming here from now on!
