Worst place to go EVER. The people inside the store are very rude, nasty, despicable, uncaring, refused to talk to me or ever acknowledge that I was in the store. The customer service is NOT IN THIS store. I will NEVER RETURN. The so called owner responded but this is a corporate office store and if they really cared they would have asked to talk to me to find out what the problem was, what the associates name was etc. I am guessing it is an automatic response and no one reads the reviews.

Upon entering the store, I was greeted nicely; which gave them 1 star. Came to this store an hour before close and I was not able to get the assistance of upgrading my phone. The lady who was helping me informed me she was having issues with the tablet she was using to assist me. She went to the back to ask for help and after waiting 15 Mins she never came back. I asked the other employee, when the other girl was coming back but she seemed disinterested In anything. No eye contact or engagement with the customer at all. I proceeded to walk out the door due to not being serviced and the other employee never stopped me or asked how she could help me or even check on the other employee. It seems to me this tmobile location doesn't value their tmobile customers. I will NOT come back to this location and continue to stick with the tmobile store in southpoint mall. Bigger store and more friendlier staff.

Michelle D, the manager at the store today, was AMAZING. Walked in close to closing with T-Mobile customer service on the phone and she was able to get everything I needed done in minutes where the 800 number couldn’t do hours on the phone.

Went there the other day and had an awesome experience. Andres was amazing and helped us out with our new phone. Make sure you go to this store if you're looking for an upgrade or a new phone

5 stars or even 6! McKenna was really helpful and efficient. I wanted to switch from metro to the real T-mobile and thanks to her good work the procedure was smooth and quick. Great job.

We were working on getting new phones added. The one we wanted wasn't in stock (we needed that day) and the manager called around to find one at a store nearby, and even drove there to go pick it up for us. While we waited, we compared plans between new ones and our legacy plan, to save us money.

If I could give it a negative score I would. Stay away from here.... I've been with them over 5 years and I have 3 lines and pay over $400 a month. I've had issues with 1 phone for about a month now where I can't get service. The salesman Aaron who was rude says" all I can do for you is sale you another phone". Then you will have to pay for the new phone, the one that doesn't work, and the 2 iPhone that you have. He wasn't trying to be helpful at all. All I'm gonna say is if you have options other than here....USE THEM... After 5 years of service
