This location has, by far, the most incompetent and difficult employees in the area. Having to rephrase, reiterate and explain the same issues multiple times to an adult who is supposed to be the professional and point of contact to get an issue resolved is ridiculous. Just go to the Raleigh or Cary stores for printing needs. For some reason, they seem to have different practices or are able to accommodate costumers facing simple printing issues whereas this store isn't.

I came in late in the evening to return and recycle some printer cartridges and purchase replacements. The IT service representative could not have been more solicitous and helpful. I was extremely impressed by his service and the cost saving he was able to provide.

Strange and uncomfortable experience with rude employees and terrible customer service. I went in to get a small 5x5 card laminated. I stood in line patiently at the counter, there were 2 people ahead of me and 2 behind me. When I got to the front of the line the woman told me to head down to the next register and she’d get to me after she finished up the rest of the returns people had. As I stood waiting for her to help the 2 people who were behind me in line more people got into her line. I asked if it was possible for her to help me before the people who had just entered the store as I had been there waiting for some time. She got huffy and started complaining about how there were only 2 people working at that desk (as I could see!) and I’d have to wait and she went back to helping all of the customers who had come in after me.Rude employees, bad customer service, unfortunate experience.

I go to staples at least twice a week, Genine is always there to answer my 137 questions lol the best employee you can have, she is so patience helpful and very respectful.

I asked for help to put a chair into the shopping cart because it was too heavy and they said that I could do it myself. Wow, what kind of employee was that? Never go back to this Staples again.

Wanted to give a great big Shout Out for Jesse, in the printing department. She really embraces the ideal "customer service personnel". I have used this printing service several times and I am always more than pleased with the service because of Jesse. She listens to what I am attempting to do, reviews all my information, and gives me perfect prints of my work. She was patience, super professional, and mentally and emotionally engaged in her occupation. She gave me the impression this was not 'just a job ' for her but a career choice that she not only enjoyed but was invested in. Hats off to Staples for hiring her!!
