I had the absolute worst experience at this location 1/4/2022. I woke up this morning thinking about it so I will contact the regional director, Melanie P. It's no way in heck these people should be in customer service at a bank. I've only been to this location 2 times for sure since I've been with SECU(well over 8 years now) and in both instances I've had an issue with the lack of customer service I've received from this particular branch. Debbie Jackson-Teller Manager, Janey H.-Teller and whoever the lady is that is sit to the right when you first enter the door, I believe is the branch manager have failed this location significantly. On the surface of my situation, don't automatically tell me you can't do something, when I know you can, just for it to be done after I cause a disruption. This SECU branch in particular has the lowest rating in Durham that says alot!

Had nothing but great experiences at any location I've been in. Been with them over 30yrs. Mom opened our accounts there when I turned 14 when I got my first summer job.

This location is the absolute worst. From the time I walked in the door I was profiled because I’m a young BLACK female and they just hated to see me walk through their doors. The young lady that sits on the far right side of the bank in the back office was very rude to me and being very dismissive. Please don’t waste your time going to this location. Horrible horrible customer service and I walked out without my needs being met.

This branch used to be very good. They are TERRIBLE since the reorganization! VERY UNPROFESSIONAL! Will place you on hold and not return to the phone and when you call back, they will not answer the phone.

Submitted a wire transfer request by the deadline of one day and when I called as the money hadn’t moved, they told me it would be another business day altogether. Terrible service! This is not how a wire transfer should work. Totally delayed our closing

Ran over on my lunch break.. check in.. then waited outside for a loan to be cosigned, by me.. at 45 min called to tell them I'm on my lunch break, that I have to leave, and find out they are at lunch....unacceptable

Called to get a pre-qual and Charity straight up told me that she was too busy for me. I've always had decent experience at SECU, but this branch gave me my first bad one. Needs improvement in customer service.

I’ve had only good experiences with this SECU branch! The tellers are very thorough and conscientious, so it does sometimes take a little while to get through the line... but I’d rather than be careful than sloppy in their work.
