I absolutely love this bank but the one issue I have is with one of the bankers by the name of Crystal. Her attitude and just overall demeanor is very passive aggressive and just not delightful at all. I honestly couldn’t wait until I was able to leave her office because the NEGATIVE ENERGY was so thick. I will return to this bank but I DO NOT recommend going to crystal.

Most usually good clean place to go into. Recently always had Security guard at door to greet you. Now I am told no more. I think this is a mistake. These people work very hard & would like to feel safe as would I. Now I do drive in or on line. Don't feel the same going in & no Security there!!

This must be the slowest SECU in the city. Every time I come here I'm in line for 20 minutes or longer. Whether I go inside or outside in the drive thru. It's really ridiculous that there's no quality control across branches. Hopefully they fix it one day. But I doubt it. It takes forever for SECU to catch up to other banks.

First this has been my local branch for years and I've had great service. I've been a SECU customer for 10 years without any issues. I'm loyal. But my most recent experience with my malfunctioning debit card - my preferred payment method - was just awful. For two weeks I was unable to use it anywhere but online or at the branches. Occasionally it might work at a random store but I had to abandon carts at Sam's and Harris Teeter. Any way kudos to Tiffany, Max and Dana the Tele customer service reps for putting up with me. I was on a bit of a tear. Please don't separate me and my money. ????
