For some reason you feel like you have no right to ask about a mortgage. When it comes to income for ppl on SSI your allowed to go above the amount of check by 200 but they don't investigate before saying you don't qualify. Also, they like to racial profile black ppl, and they like to put your business for all to hear. They told me if I didn't tell them why I got a check they could not deposit.

Can someone explain why Money Market and Savings Interest Rates are so far behind the Curve? I hear people are getting 1.9% and so far SECU has only inched up to 0.40%. ?

I have banked with SECU for over 10 years. Now that I'm dealing with this branch it has taken me over a month to get a new debit card. I still have not received it. Every time I call everyone tells me different information. So either they are terrible at their jobs or they all just lie to get you off the phone. Also, they sounds rude and like they can't wait to get you off the phone. I would not recommend them.
