I had an issue with a disbursement check and the teller and manager could have just said there was nothing they could do, but they went to the extra effort to resolve the problem. It was a big help, and I’m immensely grateful. Thank you.

Don’t waist ur time rushing after work at 5 if Olivia is working I got there at 5:25. She waits til it says 5:30 to acknowledge us. Then says they are closed. Even tho we were there before 5:30. Just because she didn’t speak to us by 5:30 didn’t even let us know she will be right with us or nothing. Just lazy and didn’t want to help us. Very bad customer service.

I have been to the Branch on several occasions. It seems , when I go , really need too, but this one occasion , seemed colder than the usual. I am very disheartened by the type of customer service they provide, they passed me off to three different people, because they couldn't help me, and then to the branch manager, and insted of her seeing my frustration, just made me feel liek a crazy person.I wasn't even asking for money , just for a couple more hours for business check to clear. I am new business owner and lived in Durham for 23 years, But I have never experienced such a poor customer service. I know, I will be taking my money out of there. You can use me, but , you can't help me when I need you. Very Sad.

I've been going to this branch for a while. The staff consistently go above and beyond to help out with whatever I need, and they are kind to myself, as well as my family, which goes a long way. Can't say enough good things about the people there. Thank you!

30 minutes in the drive-thru line for 2 cashier’s checks? No explanation for the delay? Only the latest in a long line of customer service problems I’ve had with this branch for years. Will be closing all my accounts with them soon.

Very helpful staff. Handicap parking is available. Entrance Doors are Handicap capable. Plenty parking is available. ATM machine and drive through is now open. Several lnaes are always open.
