Pictures are fine but the whole business set up is clearly a cash grab. Your choices are: purchase pictures beforehand without seeing them first (supposedly if you don't like them you can get a refund but I've had no luck contacting anything other than their bot customer service chat so good luck) OR you can wait until the proofs are posted at which point if you order you are charged a late fee for waiting. And good luck with checking on whether proofs are posted - each time you go to the website using your student's code you will get inundated with marketing emails begging you to buy all the pictures you can't see yet.

I have been dealing with Strawbridge Studios for years. The pictures turn out wonderful and the price is fair, however their service is the worst service I have ever had in my life. Every time I order from them online they always mess up my order. I have to constantly contact their customer service. Usually their customer service is polite and helps me with my problem but I should not have to contact customer service every time I order from there.

The worst class/team picture I've ever seen. I asked them if it was overexposed because the background is 99% white/non-existent. Michelle the customer service rep said it was because the younger children are too short to capture the blue color of the water in the pool. Um.... no. There is NO background. All white. There's no place to leave a review on google. Guess they were able to turn that off. Understandable.

sadly the customer service I had today with Chasity was very unprofessional and seemed very upset to help me with my situation on my order the only was to connect with someone was through the 1-866-624-6229 I hope they can hire better customer service reps to better assist their future customers

Dont fall for the "free" digital copy. This is just a ploy to keep you from getting a refund for terrible photos!

It's going to take me 4 to 6 weeks to get 3 8×10's and it costed me $60. Lifetouch is much quicker and has way better pricing. You can actually bundle your kids pictures together so you only pay for 1 shipping fee. This place is a rip off!

Our daughter came home with her spring pictures and we couldn't believe it. They took a picture of her with crazy hair - which a second grader would not realize. But a professional photographer should - these folks have 0 care for the quality of the photos. They are like a conveyor belt churning out terrible photos that parents pay loads of money on. SO - we are in talks with the school to ensure they contract with a different company in the future. 0/10 do not recommend.

I’ve emailed customer support regarding my pre schoolers UNPROFESSIONAL photos in which she is randomly reaching out in her photo all awkward. Was told they CANT comment to the child to help them pose which is ridiculous because they are children and sometimes require guidance. I’ve expressed how unhappy we are with our package with no solution on their end. It did not even come close to meeting our expectations and to top it off the two pose collage is extremely misleading.

I appreciate the courteousness and ease of using the chat bot/ customer service to address my problem. I had an issue with the way the company printed and cut my child’s photos and it was easily resolved with no hassle! Thank you Kenya!

I will NEVER order from here again. I opted for the digital downloads on all three packages that I purchased because the site said the pictures would be available next day. I still haven’t received my digital download link so I emailed the company. First, the lady told me she didn’t see an order for me. Then, she said she found my order, but the pictures wouldn’t be ready for a couple of weeks. I told her that I was not inquiring about the physical print outs, I was just wanting the digital download. After going round and round, she told me that the digital download would also take a couple of weeks. This is not what is advertised on their website.

Do NOT buy low resolution digitals. I understand they shouldn’t be crisp for large sizes or prints but they sent me blurry photos. The whole face was blurry. I took a clearer picture with my phone of the actual photo. When I spoke with them they were basically like you get what you get. I mentioned they should let people know they will be purchasing blurry photos. Their response? “I agree, we hope to get that on the website soon”. Wow. Scam.
