I have used his company since 2015. And he's a really good guy. Who seems to be very patient and willing to work with long-term customers like myself. And I am definitely leaving this review for Superior moving in Durham North Carolina at 607 Ellis road. I want to thank you Jared for being such a great company to work with. Thank you for all you've done for me.

Great customer service! Eli and Matt came on time, very professional, unloaded truck and also helped assembly small furniture. Would definitely use again!

Worst moving company. Look them up on better business bureau. Their grade is F. There are 56 complaints filed against them. Why would you choose them?

They are the worst, and utter UNPROFFESIONAL.Here their own people have given 5 star rating. They called me with a good quote and said they are not broker and they will do the job within time line and took the first installment. They came 12 days later what they have promised in the mail, they came took my stuffs and put it in a storage center for days then they hired some other movers to ship it. I received my goods 20-25 days late to what they told me on the quote. Relocation specialist MIKE and GEORGE are the worst they will say they are not brokers but the truth is they are the worst brokers. The worst part is once payment is done THEY WONT PICK YOUR CALLS and they will use FOUL LANGUAGE The goods were smelling when it came and all mattresses were wet , I am not sure in what kind of storage they kept. I DONT WANT PEOPLE TO GO THROUGH THE SAME PAIN I WENT.

I wish there was an option for NO STARS at all. I've moved between states numerous times and this was the worst experience imaginable. The company works hard to get your deposit and reservation but then things go downhill from there and whatever issues you have are never addressed by customer service (numerous call, voicemails, and email with no response). I'll have to put the issue with pick up in another review because there isn't enough space here. If I had to summarize I could say 1) They arrived at 11pm and worked until 4am (not the hours I expected at all, 2) the movers became irritated at ~4am and were very unprofessional and insulting about my furniture, 3) movers did not provide a receipt at the time of pick up, 4) movers sent harassing text messages in the following week because they thought the payment hadn't gone through (I had to screen shot them the receipt from paypal showing that it was received by them!), 5) complains to customer service go nowhere. I called and was put on hold for hours only to be then hung up on. I left voicemails asking for a manager to return my phone calls and nobody did. I sent an long email that they never responded to. At this point it has been 4 months with no response to my email. Then to summarize the delivery: When the delivery actually occurred (not on the date planned and the company never communicated the change in delivery date) again the movers arrived at 10pm (not ideal when you have to work at 5am). The movers destroyed my new mailbox while backing up their truck and there were dents and scratches on almost every wooden furniture item delivered. One of the worst problems was that they lost all the screws and parts that were taped to the back of my L-shaped desk when they took it apart. So they basically dropped off my desk in pieces and didn't put it back together because they lost the pieces! All they said was sorry and that I could file a claim and then drove away with all my money paid in full. Please do not use this company, I wouldn't recommend this company to even my worst enemy.

This company would do well to change names... Superior Moving Systems, based out of NJ with offices in Chicago & FL, is a broker with horrible service. It is also apparently unavailable for review on Google. So check yelp before you make the same awful mistake I did.

Very poor communication. They never called me to go over the inventory list. When they did call me they left a message telling me my pick up was for July 5 and somebody would call me with a time frame. That never happened and I sat in the house on July 5 just waiting to see if the truck would show up. I called 12 times and left several messages all of which went ignored. When I finally was able to talk to somebody they informed me the date was changed to July 6 but they did not know why or who changed it. When I asked them why nobody would bother to call me and tell me they could not provide an answer for that either. You would think after that major inconvenience I would have an early pick up time the next day but I was given a 2 PM to 4 PM pick up time. The person I spoke to who talked me into using this company suddenly ignored all of my phone calls after I signed a contract and handed over my deposit. I've tried contacting Jake at least 10 times with no response from him at all. I had problems with a separate moving company a few weeks ago and now I have lost all faith in moving companies.

Jared and his crew are there for my client moves and installations, every time. With others relying upon me to ensure things go smoothly on move day, I value their dependability and professionalism!
