The manager there, Angelique, was more than helpful. I had a broken bracelet. She replaced it. All I had to do was have her find my information in the system. That was it! So easy. The store is beautiful, the staff is always smiling and they treat you like a friend.

I went last weekend with a friend to buy some jewelry for her upcoming wedding. We were greeted by two wonderful staff members that were very helpful. We took our time picking out a few earrings and necklaces, and the manager gave us her card to call if we ever needed anything! The shop is very clean, organized and well-lit. Great experience!

I went there today, and honestly, they have no sense of professionalism. I asked questions and no one answered. I walked out and I will never go back again.

Gary is wonderful, kind, attentive, not pushy and made sure I was satisfied with my purchase. Always a pleasure to shop at Swarovski. I will be back to shop with Gary again. He should get a raise for excellent service!

I have been purchasing Swarovski jewelry and pieces since 2008. I have been shopping from mainly Southpoint over the years, particularly when Melissa was the manager and she was awesome! My friend gave me a gift certificate and I purchased some beautiful earrings at the Southpoint location, and I was not allowed to try them on in the store which was fine, but I couldn't see how they would hang in my ears without trying on. The design of the earrings were a little awkward and were difficult to put on and hung a little weird just due to the deign. I decided I wanted to exchange them and went back to Southpoint (on Saturday, 7/20/24) where I purchased and the sales associate immediately told me I could not exchange them because I had tried them on and they could have Hepatitis C and their policy is not to exchange anything due to that. I was immediately confused, first because I'm a nurse and I understand how Hep C works, and secondly, I've never had an issue returning or exchanging jewelry at Swarovski before, and I used to be able to try ANYTHING on at the store and, I don't have now, nor have I ever had Hep C. The sales associate was really nice an admitted she didn't understand their Hep C policy either and asked if I wanted to speak to her manager to see if she could do anything and I said yes. The manager came out and didn't introduce herself, didn't ask me anything and was visibly angry and stated, "we're just going to return this and get it over with" or something to that effect. I told he that I'd never heard of their Hep C policy and never run into this issue before. She tried to shame me by saying "well Swarovski is obviously not for you". She had no idea what a loyal customer I've been for many years and an SCS member for just as long. She snapped her fingernails in my face and grabbed my phone out of my hand (so she could scan a bar code), and kept repeating that "Swarovski is obviously not for you". She told me that I should go to the outlet and try to find something. She was so angry and had never even addressed me. The 2 other sales associates looked so embarrassed. As my friend and I were leaving, she was slamming things on the register and starting making expletive comments. I will never go back to that store. Swarovski is no longer a boutique experience where they treat you like an individual. She acted like it should be a privilege for us to step in the store. I don't even like the new store format and I'm really disappointed in the new creative director. I will not be going back to this store or any Swarovski store for that matter. I've been such a loyal customer over he years and this is how they reward you now, with attitude and animosity. That manager needs to go back to customer service 101. Tells me that Swarovski just doesn't care anymore. I gave 2 stars because the gentleman, Gary, that sold me the jewelry was very nice. He had great customer service. Maybe he should run the store.

I have purchased necklace, ear rings and a ring for my wife’s birthday and she loves them all. Reach out to @Vidhi Patel in south point mall, she definitely has good taste. Next time I am planning on bringing my wife, I know she will love Swarovski here especially Vidhi’s hand picked jewelry. No hesitation in giving five star.

I stopped by to buy my daughter a fabulous Ink pen and a beautiful ring, to replace one she had lost unfortunately. But the sales person was super friendly and very professional. I was grateful for her help. With the pink Swarovski pink bag with my items, she even took time to tie a blue ribbon on my bag. Thanks it was a nice experience.

Love this Swarovski location. Been here a couple of times for gift shopping. Went by to pick a grad gift around closing time and yet the lady at the store was super helpful. She cleaned the swan crystal right in front of me and packed it beautifully and patiently without rushing me out.I appreciate the time and help.
