I had a great experience with Justice as well as Michael. Justice is who I and my family were working with. However sad to say, I used to love this location until I saw the manager acting as if it's a 1 man show. Clearly, we were standing there as a couple wanted to pay their bill in cash. Sadly, Q, the store manager, didn't want to take cash. To my understanding, that is and will always be a form of payment. The couple was furious as I would have been. This brings us to this past Saturday. It's my understanding that Michael is very new and was with a customer as we walked in. No one acknowledged none of us that came in behind us. I then asked where the young lady who helped me with the phone.? Obviously we just missed her. Q was very dismissive about helping this young man he hired. He was trying his best not to ask Q any questions because Q had a look, and his demeanor showed the young man. Michael don't bother me.!! He was more croissant about his sale than he was helping his formal employee.I do understand that when we ask for the help. He came over, and instead of getting pronounced what We ask for heat uproducts that we didn't won't. I truly get that everyone in the retail industry has to try to push add-on, but don't say "the way we'll sell you the phone unless you buy these products "! Now there was another customer right behind me waiting to pay his bill , and again he was told that that protector manager was not going to take cash, this was coming from another customer. I'm just glad I wasn't the only one who knew, and that what's Q was known for. Hell at this time we thanked Michael for his help and all he can do, however I waited until Justice came in the next day since she knew what I was doing, and Michael didn't want to take her sale , but to be honest we just needed a price for 2 phones. I came in, and she and the other young lady greeted me, and I then proceeded with my process of the phones. She's was very patient with me and my child, and I really thank her for that. Saturday was a different story, I was so mad that I left.I'm not sure if I'm coming back to that location , I didn't like the way Q handled me and customers as well as the young man. FYI, it's not all about the sales. It's the way you treat people that there alone make people want to come back.

I want to address a series of issues I've encountered with T-Mobile, which I believe could have been prevented if Joshua hadn't initiated contact with me regarding the iPhone 15s release.Incident 1:In August, I became a T-Mobile customer with the expectation of receiving an iPhone 14 Pro, but I was sent an iPhone 14 instead.Incident 2:Upon contacting customer service, I was instructed to return the phone at a local T-Mobile store, but I was met with refusal and told I'd have to pay a restocking fee, which I found unjustifiable.Incident 3:Subsequently, when contacting customer support again, I was informed that I would need to pay more, wait for a refund, return the phone before receiving a new one, and be without a phone. Frustrated, I chose not to escalate the situation at that time but figure out what I could do on my own.Incident 4:Unfortunately, I contacted customer support beyond the buyer's remorse policy date and was told I had to keep the iPhone 14 and complete the contract. Despite understanding the policies, I expressed my dissatisfaction, and the conversation ended without resolution.Within 20 minutes, Joshua called, expressing a desire to make me a happy customer and discussing options, especially with the iPhone 15s release. He promised to personally give me call back.To clarify, I was never seeking a free phone; I simply wanted the correct phone I had initially requested, even if it meant paying more.Incident 5 - Sep 29, 2023:Frustrated by the lack of a callback from Joshua, I contacted customer support again. My interaction with Tacara was disappointing, as she was unable to locate information about the previous callback. She transferred me to Alexis Bell, who displayed poor phone etiquette and hung up on me during our conversation.In another call to customer support, I spoke with Adaron, who was professional and patient. He then transferred me to Nyasia, who apologized for the previous callback but claimed she couldn't identify the person who contacted me and labeled them as untruthful.In summary, I've invested time, energy, money, and effort into this situation. Despite T-Mobile's initial error, I was willing to take the loss and end my contract early to switch to Verizon. However, my plans were disrupted due to the incompetence, rudeness, and poor communication from T-Mobile's support team.

Q is the best manager. I recommend this location over any other locations. He was very helpful and had amazing customer service. Just outstanding!!! It’s the manager for me!!!

Literally the rudest employees. Not my fault they hate their lives but anyways don’t waste your time here. Go to one in chapel hill or anywhere else.

Last week I made several calls to customer service to have an issue resolved, with no satisfaction. In frustration, I went to this store and in less than 10 minutes Cam had it resolved. Kudos to Cam for welcoming me so warmly and being so well informed.

Had a huge problem!!!! My grandson threw my phone in the pool……so glad to have the staff walk us through getting a new phone and transferring over all the information so that we didn’t miss out on anything else. The customer service was exceptional. The gentleman that helped us was patient kind and knowledgeable about products plans and services. We gave him a run for his money and he handled it very well

While I have to admit that the in-store customer service was decent, I can't hold back my frustration when it comes to the store and company policies. They are undeniably terrible! Sure, T-Mobile might promise cost savings, but let me tell you, the hassle and inconvenience involved make it far from worth it.And as for their 5G home internet service, it's a complete disaster. The internet speeds are ridiculously slow, and their so-called 14-day free trial is nothing but a sham. If you make the mistake of trying to return it within that period, be prepared for an endless ordeal in-store, wasting your precious time. They intentionally drag out the process, hoping you'll give up and let them pocket your hard-earned activation fee. It's beyond frustrating and reeks of deceit. My advice? Stay far away from T-Mobile if you value your sanity!

I went to this store to get international roaming for my phone plan, the store attendant apparently "helped me" do this. But when I went overseas I did not have any roaming. I have now talked to customer support over the phone and I need a completely different sim card/plan to get international roaming. The store attendant clearly was unknowledgeable to say the least.

Emonie was most helpful and patient in answering my questions and setting up my new phone as tech is a mystery to me. She makes me appreciate T-Mobile.

The people in there were nice and helpful. I only need an internet provider for a few months here. I had a phone plan I originally wanted, but it would have costed my family more for an internet service that only I needed. They found me a cheaper alternative that took minutes to set up. Thanks guys!
