Was there 2 hours early for a Starbucks launch. Employees let customers who showed up right before opening cut the line, didn't care that people were acknowledged to have been waiting for hours. Cups were behind the Starbucks counter and would have been east enough to ask "ok who was first" but instead employee just put them out (only 2 available) for a free for all grab then other employee tried to yell about "crowding the barista." Male employee clearly didn't like seeing a woman being assertive about not letting people cut the line, didn't care about maintaining order. Suspect barista may have been friends with rude trashy line cutter. Really crappy of the store to reward awful behavior by customers. Lesson learned, dont ever be polite and civilized at Target if you want something, just push to the front and be a demanding twat, and they'll give you what you want over anyone who has manners.

I usually shop at this Target. I noticed the other day that a product I buy there almost every week was on sale in the app, but the sale price was only for people who picked up or got same day delivery. The item is Morningstar veggie burger, frozen 4 count. It was 2 for $9.00. But not marked as that in the store. Only in the app for pick up or same day deliver only. I feel like I'm being cheated out of this sale and possibly other sale items because I like to go shopping for my own food. It's not fair for any of us who pay more because they don't do pick up or deliver. Why is Target doing this and I wonder how much I could have saved if they gave me this discount as well as others I didn't know about in the past. Very disappointed in Target. I'm not going to shop there anymore. There are many other places to go.

Clean store, but they never have more than 3 registers open. Prepare to stand in a "Black Friday" line any day of the week. I see tons of employees walking around putting things in shelves...maybe consider cross training them to run a register for your customers' sake.

Cashier and Team Lead gave me a difficult time over a Dawn dish wash coupon. All the store had was Platinum Dawn dish wash. I had the correct size. The issue was that the coupon was valid only for 2.99 and the free item with purchase was $3.99. The cashier just needed t override the error message and type in 2.99. Instead, he signals for the Team Lead, Natalie, who says the coupon is not valid on Platinum dish wash. No where on the coupon did it say that. She just looked at the picture without reading. Then, I tried to redeem a $5 Target gift card I had received from a purchase a couple weeks ago for buying multiple quantities. The cashier took it from her drawer and handed it to me without scanning the card to add the $5 value. I assumed she knew what she was doing and perhaps the process had changed. When trying to redeem the $5 gift card for my $155 purchase, I was made to feel like a criminal by this same Team Lead Natalie and the cashier Vash. Ms. Lorie told them to add the $5 to the gift card so I could use it and proceed with payment. Why would I want to swindle Target out of $5 when I removed it from my wallet and scratched off the protective cover in front of the cashier. I explained that I made a multiples purchase just weeks back and was holding onto the card for my next Target run. They even asked if I remembered the name of the previous cashier. This is absurd. And Harris Teeter accepted the Dawn coupon without hesitation, question or harassment. Target has lost a long-time customer and I know one little "me" doesn't make a difference for the corporate giant. But it makes a difference for me where I spend my money and how I am treated as a customer. I was already feeling poorly physically due to a recent surgery. Forced myself to go to the Target nearby to get some needed items. While Natalie was flexing her Team Lead muscle, I didn't appreciate her talking negatively about me in my presence to two other team members, Ms. Lorie being one of them. She could have demonstrated some professionalism and spoke ill about me after I had departed the front desk area. Not at all customer friendly, customer appreciative nor business professional. She didn't mind giving me her name as she knew there would be no repercussions at her store from management. I also asked the casher (Vash or Vlash) to speak to a store manager and his response was that Natalie is the store manager and there is no one else I could speak with. I knew that to not be true.

Stopped by here for a quick trip, so I thought! However it took way too long! Not only are many of the shelves still bare, but they only have the self-checkout open. There were at least 30 people in line waiting. Come on Target, do better!

I haven't really been here much since their big redo so was kind of lost finding my way around. Thankfully an employee was available to direct me. Add to that boxes everywhere to be unpacked and employees with carts taking things off the shelves that I think were filling pick up/delivery orders. In short, the store was kinda a mess. I decided to do self check out and that was a mistake as the card rider kept rejecting my card. The assistant, who wasn't very pleasant, insisted on holding my card in it. Great, I came to self check out to avoid contact. I had to ask for her help four times between produce that couldn't be found and the card issue. Patience was short for both of us by the time the transaction was done. I knew I quit shopping at this store for a reason and definitely won't return with the hassle that it was

This place has gone downhill. Not sure what is going on... There are literally zero cash registers open in the morning when I go, aside from the self-checkout. And yet there are usually six or eight employees standing around talking about their lives by the check outs. Which is fine, I get that not everyone is assigned to cash registers, but at least getting on a walkie and finding someone who can help would be nice. Unfortunately, I usually have a full cart and there just isn't enough space (not to mention how long it takes and how many times an employee is inevitably called over by the kiosk). On top of that I've gotten the wrong bags delivered in drive-up, and even though someone else's name was on the bags, the person who brought the bags out argued with me about receiving them. This has not only happened once... The location off University, or even the Morrisville location are worth the extra drive if you've got the time and it's early morning. Which is too bad, this store used to be great.

What is going on here??? I know there is a labor shortage. But come on! Waiting routinely 30 + minutes to pick up order? Right now there are 13 cars outside waiting. One person is bringing out orders. Is there a manager at this location? The employees are always so nice and pleasant it seems as there is an issue with management. I have not had this issue at any other Target in this area. Just the one near Southpoint mall. Shame, it used to be really good....

This target has the rudest employees! There is no concept of customer service. The cashier didn't say a single word to me the entire time, not even a "hi, how are you" or "your total is..." I would expect that at Walmart, but I'm very disappointed to see that at target.

Every Target is the same as the last. That's their goal, right?

This Target is awful for remote pickup. They claimed some of the products were out of stock when they clearly weren't. Then there weren't enough people working and it took my 20 minutes to get my order pickup. What is the point if I'm just going to have to wait as long as it would take to shop?

I was shopping today at the target in North Hills and saw some olive colored chinos that I really liked. Unfortunately they did not have my size. I decided to come to this target which is much closer to my house and to my surprise I found my exact size! I appreciated that the clothing was organized and that I was able to find my size quickly. Good job Target!

This is our go-to Target in the Triangle and we're big fans. Years ago, it used to be a "SuperTarget," a name Target has mostly done away with now. It's on par with a Walmart Supercenter, but nicer. This is the biggest version of Target, offering everything from an expanded grocery selection, that includes a sizable inventory of meat and produce, to home hardware and auto supplies. There's a Starbucks on-site along with a bakery, deli, optometrist, and CVS MinuteClinic and pharmacy. Simply put, it's a one-stop shop. A few things set this particular Target apart from many other locations: 1. Inventory. Not only does this Target carry a wide variety of items (above average selection), but they also do a nice job of keeping a lot of product in stock. 2. Service. Generally, Target stores provide good to great service. The service we've experienced at this location has consistently been excellent. Typically, the staff has been friendly, polite, and efficient. 3. Cleanliness. Again, generally, Target stores are clean, but this one feels extra polished. Partly, I think it's because this Target was remodeled in the second half of 2018. At that time, this store converted from the old SuperTarget to the "new" and current "Target." Recently, due to the COVID-19 pandemic, my wife and I have been utilizing Target's Order Pickup option more and more. In 2020, I think we've used Order Pickup more times than we have shopped inside the physical stores. Order Pickup is super convenient and saves time. We just use the website - www.target.com - to order. Our items are usually ready to pick up in less than 24 hours. The only time we do not use Order Pickup is when we buy groceries (we like to pick the food ourselves). This Target has been around since at least 2007. The nearby popular Streets at Southpoint shopping center opened in 2002. I believe this Target was constructed and opened around the same time (early 2000s). Target corporate refers to this location as the "Durham SE" location. On the evening of Monday, March 9, 2020, a dead body was found inside a car in the parking lot here: If you're a fan of Target, you probably won't be disappointed with this location.

We used to shop here weekly prior to COVID. They have a great selection of fresh produce which is generally very high quality. They also have an assortment of baked goods in their bakery which we enjoy. During COVID, we have stuck to doing onling orders with drive-up pick up. Our order is usually ready within a few hours of submitting it. The exception is that if the order is submitted later in the evening, it is ready the next morning. The pickup process is very smooth and one of the most contactless compared to other stores. The app prompts the customer to check in when they are on the way, and then confirm when the they arrive at the store. Once the customer is at the store (parked in a designated pickup spot) the app displays a confirmation number, which the customer has to show to the Target employee who delivers the over -- through the car window (without rolling it down). The Target employee then puts the items into the trunk of the car. At this location, we haven't had to wait more than 5 minutes to receive our items. Additionally, we've never (or rarely) experienced a situation where the item we ordered turned out to be out of stock. Employees are always wearing masks when they deliver items. High-demand items (e.g. toilet paper) are often not available for pickup and require in-store shopping.
