Superb cleaning !! Great job !! Great job !! Inside and out !!! This is a full detail service !! These guys aren’t a miracle workers ! If you haven’t taken care of your car and you expect to look like a new Lamborghini!this isn’t your place ! You just have taken care of your car properly! And TC auto will do the absolute best !! If you want a full full full car detail well of course expect to pay !! . Place looks super clean !! Great service all around ! Great access from the highway !!! Management does a great job with the place ! Friendly place ! And the staff works all around making the place look the best in town !!!! !!

It took 45 minutes. Arrived and there were two cars in front of me for general wash. By the time I left there was a line of 15 cars. They said it was because I asked for “extras” of wiping down doors and console. What really happened is the guy went to lunch and left the car sitting there for 30 minutes. Don’t waste your money and time. Paying extra usually means better service, not here.

Absolutely amazing experience! My car was absolutely in need of a wash (inside and out) and they were able to fit me in, and accommodated an interior detail as well!Also, the service, both from the front desk, and Mike, was amazing. They were friendly, communicative, and professional. They have definitely won me as a lifetime customer!

Popped in here while on the road today. All I needed with the exterior, and I really needed that, it was super dirty. Everyone was very nice, and I was especially impressed how the attendants inside the wash were making sure the bull horns and special attached lights on the front of my van were not damaged or compromised at any stage. It was thoughtful. Also, very happy with the results!

Editing because it was not a true 1 star experience. I paid $50 including a tip for their top wash and they didn’t even wipe down the door panels, console or anything really. When I asked about it I was told that the top wash didn’t include those services….. This was not explained to me. I was not expecting a full on detail but I certainly didn’t expect to find loose dirt that could be easily wiped off with a dry cloth for that price. The outside did look fantastic though

Scheduled an interior detail and light exterior detail.Dropped my car off for all day and then came back to a completely different ride. The interior was transformed back to the day when I bought the car from the dealer.Great job and kudos to TCs team for the interior detail. Also the exterior is looking solid too without all of the stains and buildup from pollen and other dirt.I highly recommend TCs for detailing if you need it for your car. You won’t be disappointed.

Just got my 2016 Prius detailed for the first time since I bought it 7 years ago. It has cloth seats and it's been absolutely covered in dog hair for years plus stains and other marks. TCs got alllllll the dog hair off and the stains are all gone. My car looks brand new. Everyone there was so nice and helpful! I was on the waiting list for a cancellation and got an appointment sooner than I expected! Highly recommend the car detailing service!

Everyone was extremely friendly, but I was very disappointed by how my car looked after the cleaning was complete. This car wash was in my opinion pretty expensive for a basic car wash. It was clear that no effort was made to clean the inside of my car. I ended up having to clean my car myself after the car wash was complete.

i went here for the convenience. what i got was a very overpriced outside carwash. vacuuming? not hardly. it did cost me 40 bucks though. it would cost me more in gas to go back there to vacuum over.never again

Brought car in for a quick exterior wash, staff handwashed spots that the auto wash missed without asking.Amazing service, kind staff, went above and beyond.

Immensely impressed by this place each time I visit. There is a wide variety of services offered here ranging from your basic car wash to full "car day spa" interior and exterior deep cleans. I have stuck with the basic package twice and added on deep cleaning of my mats and my car came out looking like it was brand new. The pricing is extremely fair and the quality is top notch. The place is very well staffed and moves very quickly, finishing my car in about 10 minutes. I will 100% be coming back and see myself investing in one of the monthly plans in the near future. If you do want waxing or other deeper cleans done, just be aware that you should make an appointment ahead of time!

Friendly and knowledgeable staff. I did enjoy their wait area and like that they call your ticket number when car is ready. I am a little disappointed that for an almost $50, the central console and cup holders were not cleaned or vacuumed at all, although dirt dust and spills were very visible. I also noticed a scratch that was not previously on my car, assuming maybe someone used a dirty towel to wipe.Services: Seat shampooing

I've owned my minivan for five years and have never had it professionally deep cleaned. You can imagine the state it was in, considering I have young kids. Crevices and corners were sticky with spilled drinks, covered with crushed graham crackers, sand, bits of paper/plastic packaging, etc. You get the idea.We took it in for the Ultimate SuperWash package, with Air Purge, Steam, Disinfection, etc.We had a really friendly, honest interaction with Mike and other staff. Great service, my car was ready in just over two hours while I waited/worked in the lounge.The car LOOKS LIKE NEW. Enough said, five stars, highly recommend.

WARNING:photos are after the cleaning.I drove 34 miles roundtrip from raleigh to experience the highest rating carwasher in this region. Very nice location, very organized and nice ac cold waiting room.Paid $30 for basic full service.U can see the results in photos. When i ask them at least just to sprey some water on dirt , they refused and asked me to purchase a professional detail package.Sorry but i will stick to washers in my area. Yes they dont have a fancy waiting room, u sit on a chair outside but at least they clean better for $30
