This store had limited selections for boys and the only reason I gave it 5 ⭐️ is because of the customer service I received. Ariana Strelyss provided OUTSTANDING customer service. She was patient and very helpful. This is a person the company should work hard to keep!!

I had a stroller- it was terrible to even walk through the store. No customer service at all. How sad- must get rid of fixtures- they only have two aisles and one was blocked. I wasn’t the only customer complaining how jammed packed with merchandise and fixtures ? very dangerousDoesn’t even fit strollers/wheel chairs

Very bad experience, I don't recommend to nobody. I have bought clothes worth $400. Nov.2021. Have not recieved 7 itmes. Called many times to the store, emailed the customer services many time no response to my emails..called the delivery company no help at all..on my account it said out for delivery since Nov. 2021.Do not order from them again.

My only complaint is that the store is very small and they should get a bigger location or just down size quality over quantitybut all and all I didnt have a bad experience at this location I would recommend this location only if you really have to go because right now it's packed in that little store

The clothes here are in poor taste. All of the girls' clothing was EXTREMELY prissy. Nobody wants unicorns on everything. My daughter was even disgusted that everything was pastel and fairy-tale-ish. Aside from the lack of taste for girl's clothing, this store...this SPECIFIC location...is the WORST LAYOUT of a store that I have ever seen. There is approximately 6-8 inches between each rack of clothing that you have to turn sideways and brush against all of the clothes to get through. If you have kids with you, forget it. They'll get lost in the heaps of stock piled everywhere. If management were smart, they'd move out into a bigger space. (Or quit, and work for a more tasteful line of kid's clothing. Children's Place, take note, you look like the Justice store.)

If it wasn't for the $1 flip flops I probably wouldn't have bought anything. The customer service was less than desirable. One store clerk was having issues doing a return and wouldn't ask her coworker for help. When the other store clerk noticed the long register line she just went to the other register and took the next person in line. Never asked her coworker if she needed help to complete the return. No teamwork. Although I was in and out of the store in 10-15 minutes, the lady that was returning an item was there before me and I left before her. That customer was very patient. I think I'll just continue to purchase items online instead of going to the store.

Today we had the worst experience of our life here.The staff is extremely rude and unprofessional. I brought a cap for my kid on 13th dec, 2018 at about 3:20pm and after checkout i realised the cap is little small on his head and requested them to exchange the same.The person on the counter denied it by saying that we can't exchange it without having tag on it which they themselves took out while checking out. And when we requested to look for the same in trash they disgust us in front of other people and said we threw the trash in the dumpster and now can't do anything for you. For the first time in US I saw so much rudeness and hatered in somebodies eyes. This was the most embarrassing moment for me and my family even after not being at fault. These kind of people don't deserve to be the salespersons at all. They are the representation of the product especially the brand. Don't let down the goodwill of the products because of them.
