Although I’m happy you gave your employees time off early the night before Thanksgiving to prepare for the holiday, please next time update your Google hours. Other businesses don’t necessarily close early and depend on your services, I almost didn’t get a delivery out because I went to a store that said it was open when it wasn’t. I could have made arrangements to go to another store or move my schedule around to accommodate your early hours. Had you disclose that information

I actually pass another UPS store just to work with this one. They are fast and friendly, as well as patient, especially Courtney. She truly gives service with a smile.

Pretty steamed - they’re supposed to open at 9 on Saturdays, I structured a busy morning around that fact, only to arrive with nobody in the store and the store still closed.

Casey was a huge help to me. I've used this store many times, but today was special! I opened a business account for my furniture business (Starr Woodworks), which marks an exciting step for me. After creating my account I created my first shipment and Casey walked me through the process of preparing a custom sized shipment and helped me understand how to use my new business account.

Casey, at the Watkins Road, Ste 5, Durham NC. This young lady was fast, efficient, caring, gave me my mailbox, explained everything that I needed to know and ensured that I could get to my mailbox with ease. I appreciate her work and dedication and swiftness to get me done. She was on point.

The return process was as easy as I could have hoped for. I brought in my pre-printed Amazon label, they weighed the package, scan the label, and hinted me a receipt. I literally didn't even have to finish taping.

Very rude young girl helped me. When I asked what the bag looked like she said it looks like a bag. Will not be returning to this location again. If you hate your job so much get a different one.
