“I give this place 5 stars and I want to explain why I would do so. First it's the overwhelming response I receive when I stop at this particular place for cigs and CBD gummies from the staff that is so refreshing and they all have the customer service aspects down to a science of greatness. Second I almost always receive a healthy feeling of wanting my business then and each time I stop more and more I feel welcomed and appreciated. They actually want me to shop here and the guys will give me and my wonderful woman discounts for each item we purchased which shows our loyalty to this establishment in particular just BC of the great atmosphere that is generally already going on but even more so now that we have came to shop. It's more of a family atmosphere and they want to make ur experience a gud one anyway that they can and u can tell by the customer appreciation and gratitude towards our business that stands out more at this store than any other store I have stopped at previously so this store is the go to smoke shop I frequent BC it's easy to get in and out quickly and back on the interstate and on my way. I guess it's the entire multitude of reasons that make this place special and I will continue to do business here until well forever or at least until I can't get to the place and even then I bet the people who own the shop would go above and beyond and make delivery my next option just to make me a happy customer. Customer service is alive and well and I thank you for the nice experience! Keep up the great job”

“The owner of This store it’s so cool and open minded, he respects he’s clients, I been coming to this store just because the transaction appears as mini market and not a tabbaco store, I drove 15 min to get there when I even have no 1 but many smoke shops near me, after being there last night I decided not to visit no more because this 2 new guys the owner hired are insanely stupid, every time I go there they acted like they never saw a person with a sexual orientation before, and then they laugh and start talking on their language, guys it’s 2025 I come here to get my stuff to not be judge or to flirt with any of this men’s, Learn to treat the owner of this store costumers as you should and as the owner do.”
“My ol lady over paid for a tube of stokers by about 20$. My ol lady didnt know what she was buying nor do i think the salesman knew what he was selling. I took the tube back expecting to have an issue, i did not. The interaction had nothing but respect and understanding. He was gonna offer me a full refund but i offered I pay 5$ more and get another tube( paying 22.50 a tube, which is close to the normal rate, granted you can find em for 15$ depending on where you live) he ended up just giving me the 2nd tube. I was very pleased and will choose my poison at this tobacco mart.”
