“This company saved our butts! We had 37 students to transport several hours away for an overnight field trip. Unfortunately, a huge storm system came through on the day we were supposed to leave and many school systems canceled school. This meant we had to leave the next day and change lots of our plans. This company could not have been easier and kinder to work with. They responded to me, after hours, on a weekend, with options to help. They were able to get us where we needed to be!
Our driver, Carlos, gave me his number and I was able to text him on our last day to see if he could pick us up a few hours earlier. This meant him driving a few hours away. He said he would do what he could and he arrived earlier than our scheduled time! I have been on many charter busses in my entire teaching career. I felt safe and could relax on both trips. He drove very patiently and safe. We will do business with this company again!!”
