I am HIGHLY impressed with the work that Tri City did on a very special plaque that I needed made. The turnaround time and customer service was fantastic. I have been using Tri-City signs for 30 years...Bob and his team have been so easy to work with and the finished product is always exactly the way I need it to be. If you need signs, awards or specialty items, I would recommend them first

Piss poor communication. I called and talked to Bob about the urgency that I needed four trophies. He talked like it would be no problem at all and told me to email him what I wanted. Well I did that and a couple of hours pasted no response from him. So I called him back and he said he got my email and would respond shortly. Well he never did and he left me hanging. THanks for wasting my time BOB. If you want great trophies visit Crown Awards online.

It was a joy working together to get the plaque done that I needed. I placed the order the day before and was contacted the very next day for design.
