They are very unprofessional at the hardware counter. DO NOT BRING ANY ASTIHL PRODUCTS HERE TO BE REPAIRED. I let them know ahead of time I have a Masonry business and these saws are very important for my business. Luckily I have 3 total but left two there to be repaired. After the long time of both of them being there only one was fixed. Took almost a month to fix my saw and never once called to communicate with me. I had to drive there and call several times to get an answer about my property. BROUGHT my item here to get fixed in mid September 2023. Didn’t get it back until October 2 2023 after constant calls to them. Had to return the saw on October 5 because it would not stay on even after they told me they ran it for 15 minutes straight. Constant lied to about parts being delayed and they would call me back. Several Occasions I called and went to the store and they would say parts came that day or was coming that day. I will NEVER RECOMMEND NOR SHOP THIS DAMN STORE ever AGAIN. SO unprofessional! Unfortunately I called corporate and because this is a franchise store it’s really nothing they can do. I hope the owner of this store see this and know exactly how I feel and how they made me feel as a customer. I’ve never experienced anything like this at a store and didn’t felt welcome there at all!!

Extremely helpful and kind staff, most young guys. I walked in and someone immediately approached me to offer to search for what I was looking for ($5 steel hanger tie). Thank you!

Great place for help with Stihl chainsaws. In addition to lots of Stihl parts & accessories (& non-Stihl options), assistant manager Avery Shields is a HUGE resource. Very, very knowledgeable, helpful & patient. (I think he went to Stihl school.) Super customer service! It's also my go-to local store for tools, fasteners, parts, and knowledgeable service. Theresa, Don, and the entire crew know their stuff. Fantastic place!

In a time where good customer service is hard to find, Eli and Avery at Triangle Pharmacy really came through for my daughter. A palmetto roach got into her car and she was understandably too afraid to drive the car to the hardware store to buy traps. Eli and Avery delivered the traps to her and saved the day. She is a college student and I live in Chicago. I found Triangle Pharmacy on a google search of local hardware stores and I could not be happier. Thank you Eli and Avery! You may have in fact saved me a flight down to North Carolina!

Times when I visit this store I have no idea of really what I’m getting or where to find it (lol). I don’t come here often but when I do I feel very welcomed by staff and they immediately try to help get what I need. Today was a great experience. I was searching for a meat thermometer and while I was making sure I had the right thing - one lady led me to the isle to make sure there weren’t better options and the other researched the product I had originally picked out to see if it would work for what I needed it for. It’s so nice to visit and establishment where customer service is their #1 priority. Outstanding every time.

The Ace Hardware is smaller compared to the other big box stores, but you will find what you need and the staff are very friendly and helpful.

Called to see if they had a 7/16 20 tap. He went and verified one was in stock. Drove there and purchased it. The store is clean and seems larger than some Ace Hardware stores. The staff was friendly and helpful.

This place has been open since I was a kid. It is one of the last places that has the small-town Durham feel I remember and love. Missy is amazing — Triangle Ace over any big box store.

I stop by Ace hardware the other day and I was looking for something specific and the guy named Avery when I'm above and beyond to try to find me that particular item that I needed he didn't have any stock called another store see if they had it in stock all I have to do is just drive over there and it's waiting at the counter for me I don't get this kind of service at home Depot or Lowe's or any of those other stores I'm going to make Ace hardware like go to store from now on the entire staff at this location is amazing. Thanks Ace hardware.

Reached out to them to get a duplicate car key. Had to make multiple trips to get a correct key.Very Bad service. Didn’t get the key finally, wasted 3 months, I could have checked other options if they said they can’t do it.

I went to purchase a duplicate key and after 3 months of back and forth they came back and said they would refund my money . I was called couple of times to the store with wrong key being send . They were doing a “favor” by returning the money without providing the service. No form of customer service appeasement for the lost time and trips to the store .
