dr hirshenson gave me realistic options for when my cat got hit by a car. the staff took great care of charlie and did not mind when i called for updates. emergency animal care is expensive, there’s no doubt there but they also offered a less expensive alternative to surgery while assuring me that i was making a sound decision. charlie and i are grateful for their care.

I've been several times, and it's always been a great experience! The vets really take their time with my dogs, and I never feel rushed. It's such a relief coming from the last vets office we used that always seemed so rushed. Would highly recommend!Edited to add I continue to have a good experience, doctors are always kind and I get seen quickly.

The staff are very friendly! They went above and beyond to help each time I have gone with my pup and adult dog. The vets and vet technician are also extremely knowledgeable willing to listen to what could work best for the dogs. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a vet!

We had the BEST experience with Dr. Miller! He performed cruciate ligament surgery (ACL repair) on my 10 y/o Goldendoodle. He was so knowledgeable and gave a great consult before surgery! He put my mind at ease with his expertise and level of experience. The care team at Triangle Vet were very loving and gave updates after surgery as needed. Dr. Miller was compassionate, kind, and reassuring throughout our whole journey! It is clear that he loves what he does and it shows in his work! We are so thankful for this practice!

Took my 11 month old GSD here for the first time a few weeks ago when she started showing respiratory symptoms. The doctor herself was lovely - great with my pup & very personable/calming with me (as a first time dog mom who’s been seeing nothing but horror stories online about this “mystery virus” going around, I was a sobbing, anxious mess). The tech, however, I was not fond of. She wanted to muzzle my GSD to get a temp when she’s not even close to being a bite risk, she was just scared. She also was less than reassuring to me. As she gave me my discharge papers, she confirmed to me that she’s been seeing these horror stories I am hearing about and said “hope it’s nothing.” regarding my girl’s issue. Thank God my girl just finished her meds & is doing fine but I was very taken aback by the tech. Again, loved the actual doctor but the tech could use a lesson on bedside manner.

They were there when no one else would see one of my dogs after being kicked by a horse in the face. Have always worked with me getting me in. Helped me make good decisions for another dog when he needed emergency surgery and saved his life. The entire staff is helpful and compassionate.

Their automated appointment reminder text message gives you the wrong appointment time for first visits and then they force you to reschedule because you believed the time they texted you.

I've been a pet-owning adult for close to 20 years now. I've seen good vets, bad vets, and everything in between, and Triangle Veterinary Hospital is the absolute best of the best.I first found Triangle Vet while looking for a vet for the senior cat I'd rescued off the street back in 2019, and from her first visit to her last, when they helped me and my family say goodbye to her just this past week, they have been the most compassionate, supportive, knowledgeable, responsive, and caring professionals I could possibly have hoped to find.Dr. Fenneg and Dr. Pooch (pronounced like "poke") in particular have been absolutely amazing: not only did they provide the majority of the care that helped my sweet girl survive more than three good years after her chronic kidney disease diagnosis, but they did so while taking the time to make sure I fully understood what she needed and why. That said, every single member of the Triangle Vet staff I've ever interacted with (which is basically all of them, at this point) has always worked hard to make sure I felt like my pets' health was their top priority. As far as I'm concerned, you'd be doing your pets a disservice if you took them anywhere else.

Caring, thorough, knowledgeable, ethical , and took time to explain all findings. Prices aren't outrageous , and never suggests tests that arent needed. The whole staff is polite , and their demeanor, is classy.

I haven't taken my cat in in quite a while. I continue to get reminders from them that Sammy needs to come in and she needs to have tested. And they're always very prompt and cordial when we do come in.

Dr Pooch and Dr Miller have been seeing our nearly 10yo lab/pit mix, Gus for about a year. He has had several issues. They have taken such good care of him. They rec’d a hypoallergenic diet for him and he is a new dog! Lots of energy, clear skin, and no more ear infections! Thanks!!!

Had a bit of an emergency and called this place right when they opened. They were able to get us in right away. The staff was very kind and compassionate. While this wasn’t our primary care vet, it will be from here on out.

Dr. Fennig is a great veterinarian. She explains things well and doesn't rush off if you have questions. I felt very listened-to and that my dog's health is a top priority. We have only needed basic care so far but I am very happy with Triangle Vet.
