Good experience living here twice. Good and responsive management, nice amenities (big gym, pool, sauna, and common areas). Would highly recommend if you to Fuqua biz school or law school.

Every stuff who works here are super nice! Great service and always be patient, willing to spend time solving residents’ inquiries. Facilities are nice, prob the best apartment gym around here in Durham. Great job team, keep it up!

The floor plans are spacious and well-maintained, with various amenities like the gym, hotub and pool. The management team is really nice and responsive too! It's a student-friendly commuity that most of the residents are from duke, and friendly to international students too. If money is not a thing then I will recommend this place!

A great living experience! There's a super convenient gym here. The maintenance staff is very efficient too. The staff are really friendly and always listen to my questions patiently. It’s also really close to Duke and places to eat, which makes daily life very convenient.

I moved in this summer and had a great experience moving in and really enjoy the space here. Antwan is extremely helpful and made my move in the best. There have been minor operating issues with the steam room but had it resolved the same day after requesting assistance. The only thing I would recommend is increased pest control, or better communication with trash pick up, since I’ve seen more roaches in the hall due to people leaving out their trash over the Labor Day weekend. There was lack of communication as to when the trash would be picked up, and since pick up times for trash vary, there are more bugs recently. Aside from that I highly recommend this complex due to its placement, accessibility, staff, and amenities

I have been living here for more than 2 years and really enjoyed it. People at the leasing office are very nice and helpful. It is also really a dog friendly place.
