I have no used them to move myself but I came home from a particularly busy and aggravating day of work and found them in front of my driveway. I asked the group of gentlemen how much longer they would be and they told me 5 mins. I told them I’d wait to get in my driveway. Without another world they moved their truck and allowed me to enter my garage. They went above and beyond for a complete stranger. Thank you. I will be calling you all when I need movers.

I didn't end up going with this company but I thought I would share the estimate process anyway. I spoke with Anthony and he was very respectful and kind. He was upfront and discussed the whole process. The only thing that caught me off guard was that they needed to do a zoom call to give me a quote. I waited a week for the call and it went smoothly, I got my quote an hour later.
I was absolutely flabbergasted. Nearly fell out of my chair... They put all my furniture into their system which then came up with the quote: $2,000 for 5 movers for 7 hours. Their quote is nonnegotiable, I couldn't request less movers or time. We have nothing in the living room, 1 small dining room table, and a stereo downstairs. Plus, a bed set and a desk upstairs. We had a couple of small things, but nothing crazy. We sold most of our furniture to afford this last-minute move. No way on Gods green earth would it take 5 men and 7 hours to move our (lack thereof) furniture. I have paid $200 to move my house in the past, by hiring 2 guys and a 17ft uhaul. I ended up finding another company last minute. The staff were friendly, but the process to get a quote was long... just for it to be unaffordable. I don't even want to know what the quote would have been with a furnished house.

I hired them to move my 3 Bedroom Home and was extremely satisfied with their service. They arrived right on time and completed the move much faster than expected. Everything was handled with great care—there wasn’t a single scratch on any of my belongings or the walls. I highly recommend them to anyone moving in the Triangle area!

We just had our third incredible experience with Trosa Moving Company, and they once again exceeded all expectations. We had a huge amount of boxes, furniture, and exercise equipment to move on one of the hottest days of the year—with temperatures in the high 90s and a heat index around 107°F!
Despite the oppressive heat, the Trosa crew was absolutely amazing. They brought a large team of seven movers who were all friendly, thoughtful, and incredibly diligent. When a couple of crew members started to feel the effects of the heat, Trosa immediately sent them home to recover and brought in even more reinforcements to ensure the job was done perfectly and on time.
Tony and the entire crew did an amazing job moving all of our belongings and setting us up in our new home with care. Beyond their exceptional service, Trosa is a fantastic organization that helps adults overcome substance abuse, teaching them valuable skills and building a strong sense of community and pride in their participants.
We will always choose Trosa for our moving needs and highly recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable and professional moving company that also does great work for the community.

Moved in this heatwave starting at 2 p.m. Up stairs with a couple of heavy tables, couch, shelving. They did everything I asked, working with Jay ahead of time to organize the timing... it went very well! Yes, I'll use them again.
Also, they were glad to take a few extra items back to TROSA for the store.

Could not ask for better movers! Personable, professional, packed everything amazingly well and got a whole apartment done and moved in record time. If you’re moving in the Triangle you could not ask for better!

TROSA was excellent and affordable. They made the move easy. They showed up with 5 guys and disassembled/reassembled furniture as needed, wrapped the TV very well so it didn't get damaged, and were pleasant to interact with. Despite working for almost 3 hours, they only charged me for 2. And best of all, they hire people in recovery! How cool is that?

We moved across town with TROSA in August 2024 and the entire experience was excellent. Good communication beforehand, the guys moved quickly but carefully, and they ended under the estimated time even after having to unexpectedly disassemble some furniture due to small doorways. If you're thinking about going with TROSA, you won't be disappointed - great service and an even better cause.

This is my 6th move with TROSA (and my 3rd time putting things in storage) and, as always, it went like clockwork. The crew showed up early to pack me up in NC and took great care with packing, wrapping and cushioning for the storage-to-interstate move. I never worry when it’s TROSA — the crew stays on it until the work is done right. Today, they dropped my move off in Boston. Another efficient visit. I particularly appreciate how the crew takes all trash, packaging and blankets with them. It was a hard job up and down several flights of stairs and in and out of the cold, but the crew stayed polite, professional and diligent to the end. I hope this is my last move but if I ever return to NC, they’ll be who I call.

Broke multiple pieces of furniture, then after fully unpacking we found there were items missing, then several months after the move they call me up to ask for more money because their movers charged me incorrectly (the difference was less than $1). After all the hassle of the damaged and missing items they should have 100% eaten the cost of the mistake they caused.
Will be spreading the word far and wide how terrible this service was for us.

TROSA moving is simply the best!!! TROSA moved us in November and it was the best moving experience we've ever had. Professional at every step along the way. Prompt, careful, courteous and extremely hard working. Can't say enough good things!! Highly recommend!!!
