No Apple Card in these times is quite frustrating considering the time we're in. Time to get ahead of the game Home Depot. Even dollar general has Apple Pay. Sad!!!

A dozen beautiful Lenten Roses outside Home Depot on N Pointe Dr. dying for lack of water. I asked three Home Depot employees who were hanging out in they garden department doing nothing if they would water them and they said it was not their department. I asked if there was a faucet anywhere so I could do it. They looked at me blankly. Half an hour later it was still not done, so I emptied my water bottles into the plants. Shame on you Home Depot.

Placed an online order to be picked up before the 14th per the confirmation. Today is the 13th & I received a text saying my order was canceled at 2pm when the store closes at 10:00pm. I called the store immediately to ask what had occurred and sales rep Luz confirmed the order was not canceled and I had until today to pickup. I arrived about 9:15pm to pickup and the order was in fact canceled. I drove over an hour to pickup this trailer to pickup the large order. I was told nothing could be done for me because once my order is canceled its just canceled. Then I shop for a few things while im there, pay and head to the pro door to exit where i parked & the door is locked, 20 minutes before closing the door is locked. Worst experience ever!

I purchased 12 trees from Home Depot paid for landscaper to pick them up and plant them and 4 of the 12 dies and are completely brown. I called the store at North Point in DurHm and was told to take pictures of the dead trees and bring it into the store and I could get replacements or a refund. I went in with the pictures and was told that I have to bring some of the dead particles into the store. I explained that I do not live near this store and that was inconvenient for me

Look, I wish I could hip you to all the home improvement details but honestly today's tea and all you need to know is that Home Depot is a one stop shop. I love this place. The staff is knowledgeable and friendly, and they always have product in stock. I've come here several times in the past couple weeks, for a variety of gadgets and it's been a joy. The prices are competitive, beating other retailers (of the home improvement variety) and each time I leave I feel just a little bit more confident - like I might actually know what I'm doing. I love the fact that they not only sell products, but can and willingly do explain how on earth to use them if necessary: eg c/o HD and YouTube University I re-keyed all the locks in my house for the hefty sum of $12, yes. I was overjoyed to cancel my appt with the locksmith, like no sir I don't need you anymore because I did it myself, talk about feeling empowered *cue the hairflip*. Parking is also a cinch with a giant lot and there's a Harris teeter and Petsmart right next door, so basically this shopping center is a one-stop-shop. Hookup the house, pooch and grab snacks? What else could a girl ask for? Clearly a lot but today this was enough. To all my DIYers, live it up!!! *sidebar, subtracted a star because sometimes staff can be hard to find, but it's COVID so I'm not complaining.

The appliance delivery guys really messed up my new refrigerator. They scratched the door, couldn't level it and then left with the ice maker on and the water hose not attached. If you're going to buy an appliance from Home Depot (North Pt., Durham) pay for someone else to install it or do it yourself.

Recently ordered an oven from Home Depot. We live in North Carolina. Was told it would be delivered today October, 25th between 1pm and 530 pm. My fiancé took work off in order to be here for the delivery and began calling Home Depot starting at 430. He called a total of 5 times from the span of 430-930. He was put on hold for a total of 200 minutes. At the end of everything (at now 10pm) he spoke with Melissa and still got no information about our delivery. It is very unclear to me why there would be no communication between the delivery folks and the "number to call with questions about your delivery". We are extremely disappointed in this abysmal customer service, and will be returning the oven and never using Home Depot for any product again.

Completely not sure how HD can sell appliances. I ordered my Washer Dryer combo online (during Covid) on May 5 during a promotion. Original delivery date 5/29. On 5/28 still scheduled. Called 5/29 and said rescheduled for 6/18 due to backorder. 6/17 -- same thing, still scheduled. received back to back calls at 6:01 PM and 6:03 PM one with a delivery time and one saying order delayed again until 7/9. Went into store. They had no appliances they could get delivered to me

Limit the number of shoppers in the store at one time in order to allow reasonable social distancing. This store is being very irresponsible, especially since the nation HD facebook page claims they are limiting the customers in the store during this public health crisis.

This is the second time I went to Home Depot in Durham to purchase a big ticket item to be ignored. The first time was for flooring and today was for a fence. The cashier tried to get someone to help us only for the customer service desk to hang up on her. All we wanted was someone to help us with a few questions. No one ever came outside to help us. I’m not begging nobody to take my money.

Oh Home Depot...where shopping is rarely a pleasure... The Good: It's the closest one to where I live. That's all I got. The Bad: Very disorganized. Checked online for a screen door, said there were 3 in stock. Got to the store, none on the shelf (of course). Talk to the guy there (most helpful HD employee ever actually) and he looked it up and said the computer said there were 10 in stock! (of course none on the shelf available for purchase) Anyway the guy actually went to the back to check receiving, buuuut couldn't find anything. Not surprised. He offered me something else twice the price. Im good thanks though. At least he tried! Which is more than I can say for...let's call him Jerry. I asked Jerry who could help me with getting a key made (as he was leaned up against the key machine as he stared down at his little hand held thing). Without looking up or greeting me or even acknowledging me he just stuck his hand out. I assumed that meant "hand me the key" so I did. Jerry is a real charmer as you can see. So after that he continued to begrudgingly make me a key without ever looking at me or being nice in any way. I asked which keys I could choose from. He told me but wasn't super enthusiastic. Anyway I got my key made but the overall experience was not the best. Hopefully HD will get it together eventually.

Go in to purchase a washer and dryer. 5 to 6 associates standing around in the Dept and not one person was the least bit interested in helping us. We will stick with Lowes.

With Hurricane Florence looming, I went to Home Depot to look for some essentials and noticed a bunch of people walking out of the store with generators (they were out of stock earlier today)- I was able to get one (woohoo) but then it turned out the box wouldn't fit in my car (boo). When I got to customer service they flatly told me they could not hold the item I just paid for- not even for me to drive immediately to get our other vehicle . I explained Liam's medical conditi
