Always have to wait at least five minutes in line at this ULTA. Staff is unfriendly at best. Shelves always seem in disarray, and products shown as in stock online/in the application always seem to be out of stock in the store. I would spend the extra few minutes to drive to the Chapel Hill location. They may not have as many products, but the store's usually clean and organized and provides an all-around better shopping experience.

I took my granddaughter on a birthday shopping spree and everyone was very nice. So accommodating and helpful with questions that were asked. The girls were awesome!

Kiersten and Kat displayed unprofessional behavior during my visit. They work in the same area and failed to greet me or offer assistance, whereas they engaged with another customer. Notably, they are white, and I am black, which raises concerns about racial bias. Their actions demonstrate a need for additional training to ensure equal treatment of all customers, regardless of race. Customer service should be provided in a neutral and respectful manner. I will avoid interacting with them in the future, and I advise others, particularly black males and females, to exercise caution when engaging with them.

This store is not only well organized, the service I received from Thomas was top tier! He was very helpful with all my questions, knowledgeable about products, and had good suggestions. Made my experience enjoyable and fun.
Also, let this human help you with perfume. I do not like vanilla or powdery scents and he took the time to go through the entire section suggesting items for me. We landed on Perfect by Marc Jacobs and I not only couldn't be happier with this but get so many compliments on this scent!
I highly suggest this store. I will now only be going here for my products and the staff instead of online or target.

Worst Ulta ever. I usually go to the one in Apex and that’s awesome! The line for checkout was long and we already waited 10 minutes until the cashier called for help. Then help came but the help rather chatted with the other cashier then start working. Several customers including me left the store without getting anything. What an annoying staff and experience.

I went to Ulta yesterday and cut 6in off my hair spur of the moment. The lady who cut my hair was AMAZING! Her name was Danchae, I think I'm spelling it correctly! I just wanted to give her a shout out! Thank u for making me feel beautiful 😍

Terrible customer service. Better selection that the Chapel Hill store but will not go back. Go to the Chapel Hill store if you need stuff. The managers there will help and and ones here won’t even try.

I had the pleasure of working with Kira. I don’t normally wear makeup and didn’t know where to start. I needed makeup for my 35th gathering and she helped me with EVERYTHING the MUA told me I needed. Kira was kind, professional, knowledgeable, and patient. I didn’t care what brand, I just needed help. I was probably making it a little difficult but she took care of me. Kira expertise was exceptional and she explained things so well. Sometimes it’s hard finding help, it was obvious she love what she does and helped me from the time I walked in. Thank you Kira!

Don't get a hair cut here of you have naturally wavy hair and want some textured layers. The girl who did my hair never gave me any layers so my hair is still too heavy and she gave me the wrong bangs even after asking her twice to make more layers all she did was cut more and more hair off the ends so now I have a 6 inch hair cut instead of a 3 and no layers and bangs too long to do anything with except put into a pony.
I have had other things at this salon and they are great but I will not be returning for a haircut ever again.

Why is this store always closed in the middle of the day? It’s 3:48 on a Saturday & the doors are locked. This is the 3rd time I’ve visited this store & they’ve been closed. Y’all have to do better, especially for this area this is unacceptable!
