Get place to go. Made an appointment at another salon and they couldn’t get me in but I called Unique Nails and they took me and my daughter last min. They talked nicely, were friendly, and enjoyed what they do. Not to mention they are good at it. Kinda pricey but worth it. I’ll be making appointments here from now on. Thanks Angie and Jenny!!!

Service that I received was quick just a quick manicure which was done fast. The vibe is nice the lady who did my nails name is Jenny. First chair to the left. She did a great job and was so gentle. The vibes inside was nice. Looks nice smell nice.

Very rude especially Eric an those lady's now Emily sweet kind of an, The woman sit in the front blocked my number because she couldn't understand me like that's my fault now?? Smh everytime I call I would have to use my boyfriends phone or my house phone told emily number still blocked I mean if you no longer won't to service me JUST SAY SO!!!!! Eric told me they would be open this Sunday before memorial day at 11:30 taking walk ins I get there an wait almost an hour no one ever came terrible the service is not all that anyway an prices 2 dam high plenty of other salons! ?

It was my mom’s birthday so I wanted to treat her by paying for her nails. She went to Unique Nails Salon since she was near the area. She got a pedicure and manicure. The nail lady asked if she wanted to do gel for her toenails but she declined and then asked her if she wants color but my mom only wanted clear polish. She then asked my mom if she wanted clear polish for her fingernails too, and my mom said she’d think about it, but ultimately decided to go clear. After that the lady didn’t say anything. The pedi and mani was done on 5/4 in the afternoon . It’s 5/5 today and the nail polish on the nails started to fall? It was morning when this happened. we decided to go the salon and see if we can come to a solution and have them redo them before leaving a bad review. We brought the nail polish tips with us in a baggy. We walked in and a lady who was busy doing someone else’s nails asked us if we needed anything. We explained the situation to her, and then another lady comes(this is the nail lady who did my mom’s mani and pedi yesterday) and said that they had asked my mom if she wanted gel (which is true they did ask), and that she declined and then they said that the nail lady told my mom that since she’s getting a regular manicure that it wouldn’t last because of water and whatnot. That was a lie. My mom said that they did ask her about gel, but didn’t tell her that regular manicure doesn’t last .It hadn’t even been 24 hours after she got her nails done. So I asked the first lady who greeted us how long does the regular manicure last, and she said that she doesn’t know. I told her that still doesn’t make sense. The nail polish pieces look like plastic. The pedicure was fine, but that manicure was not it. So I asked the lady if there was anything they could do, and she said that my mom can get gel but she would have to pay. My mom and I left instead of staying and arguing. So you are telling me you are use low quality products on nails? Just because it’s a regular manicure, doesn’t mean it should last less than 24 hours…For the price it’s not worth it.
the nail polish doesn’t even chip away like polish. The whole thing came off like a piece of plastic. I have never seen a nail polish do that.Won’t be coming here ever again. It’s all just a money grab… I would’ve left 2 or 3 stars but the way they handled it was not it.

I'm giving a 4 only because a 3.5 isn't an option. Most every time I've come to Unique nail I would have given a 5 and this time for a manicure the actual powder dip polish they suggested was beautiful and exactly what I needed because my newly grown out real nails kept chipping off. The powder dip allows for a stronger reinforced nail for growth. The one thing I'll say is halfway thru my mani the lady that started was needed for a pedicure and a very experienced gentleman took over. Did a very professional job but i come here directly after work and am trying to be in relax mode. That being said, not 5 minutes of massage and zero conditioning lotion rubbed on after the powder was applied leaving my hands very dry and I applied my own lotion as soon as I got in my car. Just a thought but every manicure I've ever gotten involved some kind of lotion at the end and a little relaxing massage. This is the most enjoyable part. It should be required as part of the up charge for powder dip gel manicures.

NEVER AGAIN SLOPPY AND VERY UNPROFESSIONAL NAIL CHIP WITHIN AN HOUR. NAIL POLISH NOT POLISHED TO THE CUTICLES. I LEFT MY PURSE ON THE CHAIR THE NAIL TECH DID NOT COME OUT TO SAY ANYTHING. A WORKER LEAVING FOR THE NIGHT SAID IT IN PASSING. PLEASE AVOID!
