I had appointment yesterday with Eric for fill in and a pedicure. Why working on my nails he said he couldn’t do my my feet because she’s back hurt so I asked him what the old lady there that does the pedicure she was on vacation so I asked him if the other man could do it he told me yes then when I got ready to sit down he had a new girl to do it. So I didn’t say anything she started And cut twice and I said stop I didn’t Don’t want toyou to do my feet. Eric came in he said what’s going on I told him what happened he did not even apologize then he started talking to the workers and they language and I said to him stop talking about me I come here all the time I’ve never complained I told you I did not want nobody knew working on my feet. So I paid for my nails and left.

This is my first time. And I am extremely excited. The staff are very friendly. The lady who worked on my feet made me feel welcome and relaxed. Definitely coming back with my wife again.

I came back to this location because they did my nails incorrectly the first time. I told the girl she cut my nails too short to give me the shape that I wanted. I then created a review and the manager quote on quote the person who proclaimed to be the manager stated we apologize I would like to write a better story please come back and we will fix your nails. After being sick and being in the hospital I came back for them to tell me they will not honor the word in the review. The female that I spoke with then said that wasn't our manager who made that review that was someone we hired. I would not suggest anyone to come to this location at all because if you tell someone hey you cut my nails too short to give me the shape that I want they should take the nail off redo it so they can provide a better quality customer service experience. Instead she did what she wanted to do and charge me $75 for the services. When I came back to get my nails fixed it was very discouraging to drive so far away to be told they will not honor their work. It looks bad upon an owner or a manager to not follow through with their words. Your word is your bond without that the connection means nothing. The woman in the pictures who proclaimed to be one of the managers. And she is the one who wanted to let me know that they are not a good company who honors their word.

Every time I come in the place the salon is always very clean and pleasant. All of the staff is very nice and professional. Tiffany is the best nail tech I have had in a very long time she can do anything from any picture. I will definitely be along time customer.

After coming here for almost five years, I’ll never go back. I initially called to check my charges. They did not provide a receipt and it was much more expensive than it has been (the charges were accurate). While I was on the phone, I attempted to let them know that this had happened but was accused of not telling the truth and they insisted that this is impossible. I even said “ow ow” during my foot “massage” and she apologized and moved to the other foot. What are the odds that I just happened to have a massive bruise on my forefoot less than 24 hours after getting a mani/pedi? As a PT, I know for a fact that it’s not impossible to have a soft tissue injury from a soft tissue “massage”. ? when the woman in the phone asked me what I wanted, I told her nothing. I did not ask for a refund or discount on a future visit, I simply said I wanted them to know so it didn’t happen to someone else in the future and she still treated me like I was a liar and not telling the truth. What did I have to gain?! It hurts to walk and was definitely not worth the $180. Service has gone way down hill and to treat your customers the way I was treated over the phone tonight is completely unacceptable especially when the results were only ok. I wish I would have left a much smaller tip. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else.

Jenny was amazing. I absolutely love my nails and for what I got the quality and price was top notch, but as for quality and looks, judge for yourself! I will be back to see you!
