I purchased a Honda here recently and it was a very pleasant experience. I called early in the morning and let them know I was coming from Winston-Salem. The lady I spoke with was very helpful and let me know she wouldn’t show it until I got there. I’m a big fan of local family owned businesses and that was the definite vibe I got while I was there. 10 / 10 would recommend.
Ask for Andrei, tell him John sent ya! 🙂

I've had my Honda, which I purchased from this family over two years ago. My car-buying experience was nothing less than pleasant. Plus, my car has given me only one minor issue that was affordable and convenient to fix. I'm still riding, and I am still thankful to have found this place.

Excellent family focused business. I had a great experience buying a vehicle. Respecttul negotiation without the high pressure. Got a fully loaded Honda Odyssey for a reasonable price. She was very good to work with, friendly, and responsive over messenger. Explained the tags process and was clear and upfront with the whole purchase.

So I had to get a wheel baring done on my Honda accord in dec.I bought the parts had to get it welded they don’t own a welding machine. They had to get it welded it elsewhere the part was faulty so they say. I bought another part I think they just wanted to buy the part so they can charge me more. Anywho got the wheel bearing replaced again same day. In January I texted the was working on my car to make them aware that the wheel bearing was bad. They asked me was I sure of course I was sure because it’s doing the same thing it was before. I don’t live in Durham. I stopped driving that car for a while started back driving that car and after work I stopped by to show that it was what he was supposed to fix before he call himself trying to niggarig it and stop the noise that didn’t help he said he was going to order a part told me to call in the following morning I called no answer I texted. No response at 8 something I texted and here it is days later and still haven’t heard anything told him this was bad for business and not how you do business. If I have to pay someone else to fix it it will be other issues that they will have to deal with because I don’t I’ll get ALL OF MY MONEY BACK! I wouldn’t recommend Brad Royster working on anything. And being that he works there I wouldn’t recommend this shop to anybody bad business

I previously bought a car from one of their salesman and it wasn’t in the best shape like I thought it was. They came to my rescue replacing my starter and sending someone to help me when I was stuck at a fast food restaurant when it wouldn’t crank. They really went all the way out for me and honestly probably did more for me than any normal business would have.
