Even though they didn’t have EXACTLY what I needed (a surgery recovery suit for my kitten) Samantha was VERY helpful in giving me tips for keeping them safe and ideas to find what I need or a substitution for what I was originally looking for.

Great customer service however pay attention to the expiration date on the frozen products and make sure other products are sealed.

We will always go to this place. We love their selection, especially because our pup is allergic to chicken (and everything in the dog world has checking or Chicken byproduct)
Their owner is the sweetest person ever, we love seeing her on the expos

I’ve shopped here a few times and my dog and I love it. Tonight, though, Sam went above and beyond to help us. She helped Lily pick out an awesome new harness and some yummy treats. Excellent service. I truly get like she cared about us. Give that woman a raise. :)

Sam helped me transition my cat to raw and my cat has enjoyed every product she's recommended! She's super helpful, knowledgable and honest, and just great to talk to. I also appreciate that I can return any product that ends up not working for my cat. Lots of great freeze dried selections here and high quality brands. I usually have trouble finding frozen raw food, but they have a good stock! Really appreciate this gem and the employees that work here.
