Went to this UPS store for a drop off, with a printed label that clearly stated the quantity amount being shipped. Since there were two separate boxes they had to be taped together. I did have any packing tape and the return instructions for the packages did not state that the two boxes had to be taped together. I understand the packages could have been separated in transit. The issue is, there was several rolls of packing tape laying on the counter. Rather than assisting me with taping the boxes together, I am told that I have to purchase a roll of packing tape. This experience was the worst. I asked for the return label and left this location. I went to another UPS store and was offered outstanding customer service. No nonsense with being told I had to buy a roll of tape.

No matter how busy the employees are they greet everyone with a smile and handle all transactions professionally.

I had to wait in a short line but when I got to the front they were super helpful and did everything right and fast. Will be back.

Highway robbery! My ink cartridge at home was printing funny so I had to print my shipping label. When I got to the store. The printing was only $0.43, them receiving an email cost me an additional $2. Freaking ridiculous. I knew there was a reason I usually use the FedEx store.

Super rude, they charge $30 per package to hold it. They said it was every day AFTER the day it gets delivered. We were there a couple hours after it was delivered and they charged us $30 and were super rude. No ups store has ever charged us like this and we’ve picked up packages a lot

1st and last time. COME TO STORE TO FIND OUT THAT THEY DONT KNOW WHERE MY PACKAGE IS. GIVE ME SOMEONE ELSE PACKAGE. ONCE I TURNED IT BACK IN TO TELL THEM ITS THE WRONG PACKAGE, THEY THEN PROCEED TO TELL ME THAT "I"HAVE TO CALL CORPORATE TO FIND PACKAGE ... TERRIBLE SERVICE

Store wasn’t busy—one person at the counter and two in line, but all of their staff were doing stuff in the back instead of helping customers.They refused to honor a coupon from The UPS Store.Leaned my lesson—go to the Post Office or FedEx.

I went in today to drop off three packages. My packages were already pre-labled, so all I needed was a receipt for proof of drop off. When I walked in, there was a customer being helped at the counter and one other customer waiting in line. I saw an employee directly across from us sitting down watching something on her phone. She sees a line forming, so she gets up and proceeds behind the counter. When she calls the next customer up she is still watching her phone laughing. The customer says, "How are you," and her response is, "Good..you," in a "I really don't want to be bothered attitude". I blame this on management. I'm sure this isn't the first time this employee has done this and I'm sure it won't be the last. Management, I would review video footage and bring this incident to your employees's attention. Let her know that without customers, she wouldn't have a job!
