Anna and Harley did a great job with my daughter and I. They both took care of our pedicures and my daughter got her nails painted. Mike did a lovely job on my full set.All around good service!

I have been looking for a place to get pedicures and wasn’t having any luck. I decided to try this nail salon on a whim and am very happy I did! The salon is very clean and quiet, very relaxing. The salon doesn’t have a chemical smell at all which is always a plus! I also like that my nail technician Holly really took her time with my pedicure and was incredibly kind and did an amazing job! The reflexology is amazing as well, in my opinion the pedicure is just a bonus! I have finally found my nail place !

I've been here several times for Pedicures and Dip Manicure and have always had great service with several team members. I'm always offered something to drink within minutes of entering the salon and the sign in is very easy on their tablet. I always make an appointment before I come in and have rarely had to wait longer than 5 minutes.I had an appointment with Mike most recently and he was very friendly, professional and interesting to talk with. It made for a wonderful pedicure and he did a great job with my service. The pricing is more than fair and they have always done a great job with my nails. I will keep coming here any time I need my nails done. Highly recommend!

Came in for a hard gel fill—was told the price would be $50 with the $5 off coupon bringing it to $45, when I went to pay, the price changed to $55, and when I asked why they told me prices aren’t set and that it was only a price quote…this really bothers me because it feels disingenuous. The manicure was not well done: uneven filing, the nail shape is off, spots left unpainted. But what I’m most disappointed at was this was a birthday gift to myself and I felt taken advantage of; it felt really shady. I highly doubt I will be a repeat customer—I only wish I had read previous reviews as it seems this business tends to change prices and take advantage of people frequently.I wish I could afford to get my nails fixed elsewhere but unfortunately I save up and set aside money for my monthly manicure and now I’ve spent it on one where the business reads negative reviews and posts the same copy/paste response and won’t even really take my experience into account and try to right the situation.UPDATE:I was contacted by the salon and they offered to fix my nails free of charge. Gina fixed my nails for me and made them look EXACTLY how I’d envisioned. I am so so happy that they righted the experience—next time I’m in Chapel Hill, I know exactly where I’m getting my nails done. ??

My service was rushed. I wasn't offered anything to drink until I was walking out the door. I walked in around 5:00 p.m. the time in the door and online states that closing is at 7:00 p.m. When she finished she asked my for my card and stated that they were going to close. It was 5:20. Usally I pay when I'm leaving when receiving just a pedicure. This would have not been a been such an issue had that not been the first time she spoke to me at that point. During the massage the nail technician rubbed the top of my shin bone the entire time. It was uncomfortable. During the pedicure she barley touched my heels with the pumice stone. I wish my technician would have time more time and attention. Especially since there were no other customers waiting for services. She seemed like she didn't have any energy to complete the job. But when she finished she seemed more engaged with the other employee that was there. I saw them laughing and chatting, however she barley spoke to me during my service. My experience yesterday was lackluster experience that will influence if I come back to this business. To improve customer experience the staff should create a more welcoming environment. Not communicating with the customer during the service or a very lazy service will not retain customers. We can tell. We may not speak up, but my experience will directly influence my decision to return or not.

I had my first experience at U.S. Nails 8.26.2023. I came in as a walk in and was warmly greeted. I wanted a manicure, pedicure and eyebrows waxing. Anna was great and I'll be sure to ask for her again. And Chi took care my eyebrows and was excellent. Thank you ladies.Services: Pedicure

I was able to walk in at 10:30 on a Saturday with no wait. My French Manicure (with the nail dip method) turned out beautifully and I can tell it will last. Tina (who did my nails) was wonderful and very detailed. I felt very welcomed as soon as I entered. This was my first visit, but it won’t be my last! I highly recommend US Nails!

Technician, Nhi, was kind enough, but it goes somewhat south from there. It was obvious that she was inexperienced ( to the point that she did my Pedi/Mani in pedi area; even though there was an empty mani table). She had to be guided (which she abided). Sharp, pointed tool used under great toe, had to be stopped from use, because of the discomfort/pain (which remains). Great toe had slight angle cut on nail ends, which is best cut straight to avoid ingrown nails. Filing should take place after cut to prevent sharpness/snags. No buffing done on fingers or toes. And feet should have had more soaking. There's work to be done when it comes to technician & performance. It did appear that certain people got more attention to their service ( of course, not sure of their service). Again, I shouldn't have had my Mani at the pedi area; especially with an empty mani area. Reviews showed 4.5, but I say 3 at best; or a 2. I get Pedi/ Mani (mainly pedi) several times a year, so my feet aren't hard work. It was just my usual person is out of the country, I gave this place a chance.Services: Pedicure

I wish I could leave less than one star. I truly have never written a google review before, but feel it necessary to warn others about this place. For added context, I recently moved to the area and work in healthcare. I have an event this weekend, so despite having a long shift and really wanting to go home, I did a quick google maps search for a nail salon and found this one. I regret not reading the reviews before wasting my money here. I moved from New York and got my nails done every 2-3 weeks, and can honestly say this was the worst experience I have ever had AND one of the most expensive - just for a normal manicure and pedicure (NOT gel or anything fancy)! The "massages" on my feet and hands were so painful I had a startle reflex and pulled my limbs away to avoid the painful pressure. The tech doing my nails put only ONE COAT of nail polish on my toes and finger nails, and when I clarified that I was used to two coats, she acknowledged that is standard but that she only does one coat so that it goes faster... So in summary at this point, I had painful massages that did not relax me but actually did the exact opposite, AND I was paying for less product on my nails. However, my reason for giving this place one star is not just for those aforementioned reasons. The actual reason I give this place one star is because they ripped my toe and nail cuticles so hard that I bled from numerous places and I became really concerned about the general cleanliness of the tools they were using and risk for infection. The technique that was used to removed my cuticles was barbaric. Instead of using the scissors to trim along the cuticle nail-bed, the tech would take the scissors, get a piece of cuticle, then rip along the bed, causing the cuticle to cut up into my finger and take skin rather than just cuticle. I was stunned. As mentioned, I work in healthcare; my original plan was to get my nails done then run into target to grab some makeup for this weekend; however, due to the number of cuts I had on my fingers and toes, I worried about developing a paronychia and decided to just go home and shower to make sure everything was well cleaned! I hope this review allows you to feel more informed and avoid this place, and perhaps at least empowers you to speak up if you do decide to go here to get nails done.Services: Pedicure

Thank you!! US gave me such an incredible experience. Natural Nail Studio in Delaware had left a bad taste in my mouth, and Polished had been absolutely appalling, so it no lie took going to a completely different state to find a beautiful manipedi retreat!! My little piggies are happy and perfectly polished (Turned Up Turquoise!), and the fatherly gent who gave me such phenomenal service was engaging in conversation, generous and genuine in welcoming us (my friend in Durham took us there because she's always loved them), and SO humble and perfectionist in hearing me with what I needed filed and just how far down the polish should go. His Customer Service is worth booking standing appointments for, and go for the slightly higher spa pedicure package, absolutely.I just might have to relocate.Service: Pedicure
