I had an appointment for my son’s passport and it was a terrible experience. The employee don’t help at all and they are really rude . I had to set everything up for the passport picture and the person taking the picture was upset my son was not looking at the camera he only 2months . And also when I was asking them questions they were getting terrible attitudes .

I have never been treated so poorly in my life. Now I get why the reviews are so awful. A worker entered the wrong address for a package I sent. I went in trying to see what address they did send it to. Before I could even say what I needed, she was already trying to shoo me out the door. It wasn't like there was a line or anything, she just didn't want to deal with me. She was acting like I was being unreasonable before I even said anything. I got 0 help, 0 answers, and the whole time she sounded upset, like I had offended her by just being there. I sure as hell left mad. Never never never come here for anything. Chances are, you'll get treated like garbage.

Wasted my day and my wife’s,and my children’s .They tricked us. We waited for an appointment for passport and went there a15 days before to make sure everything will be all right when we have appointment.They gave us wrong form.On the day of appointment we went 20 minutes early to make sure they and we have enough time if need to do something,There were 3 ladies,1 was working,2 were idle and told us to wait till the moment our appointment time started.
When we went to the window at the time,they told us that we fill the wrong time and they have to cancel appointment because we won’t have enough time to fill the form.
We begged and asked for manager and she said same and told us to go to Raleigh walk in.
If you are thinking of going here for appointment, better walk in in Raleigh,they will trick you and find every way to cancel the appointment .

I hope Google allows 0 star. Very rude staff; the only answer they have for all questions is “there’s nothing I can do”. Passport walk in starts at 2:45 but they have this invisible rule that you have to be there before 2, and they won’t tell you until you spend half an hour there waiting!!!

I failed to read these reviews prior to scheduling my passport appointment, and needless to say I was very nervous for my appointment upon reading the reviews. I scheduled a passport appointment (no photo), and things went amazing. I used a form-filler to complete my passport application online and brought it mostly filled out - I forgot to add my employer company and she just had me write it in with a black pen. Simple. I brought my original birth certificate (she specifically asked for the original), my ID (you do not need a photocopy- they make their own there), and my passport photo from Walgreens. I bought my money order there for a $2.35 fee on top of the charges to the state and it was very smooth. Please do not listen to these reviews. If you come fully prepared, you will be totally fine. She even asked me if I needed my photo taken when I did not select passport appointment with a photo online. I believe the lady that helped me today was named Melissa. Truly had a great experience and it was smooth sailing.

Absolutely rude, I show up at my appointment 10 mins before like waited until my appointment time right when I was called. I was going to asked the lady a question because I didn’t fill out two lines since I didn’t want to mess up the application because I was applying for my 10 month old baby than the lady was telling me I didn’t have all the application fill which I did than she didn’t let me asked her the question she keep telling me I wasn’t going to have enough time since we only had 15 mins and than she had to go check the application I was like okay can you check the first page while I write what I’m missing than she was like no you don’t have enough time than she was like I can go over and just come back another day so how can she go over but didn’t let me write something out I even told all this time we are going back and forth we are waisting time.she didn’t really wanted to help than I got all my papers and told her to just forget about it. I’m running back to my car with my two babies because it was pouring rain than she comes outside and yelled at me to come back that she can help me out. REALLY!!! I was like no thank you. I thought she said she didn’t have enough time rude and not professional at all. I went down to a different post office they help me a lot and took time to go over everything I need and make sure everything was correct. They need to put a person that really cares about customers

Staff at passport office was extremely rude. Cut me off in the middle of a question and then didn’t respond when I asked for clarification. Really unprofessional and uncalled for.
