They are all rip off I have been a customer for over 30 years they have price there self were you can't afford it anymore had 3 phones 285.00 a month now have spectrum 3 phones 75.00 a month and service is just as good

Please be cautious with this store- This store is involved in a fraud scam, where several employees have been signing customers up for extra lines and more expensive insurance plans without their knowledge or consent. I have been a loyal Verizon customer for 25 years, and this store has absolutely ruined Verizon’s good reputation for me. I upgraded my phone last week here, and with my upgrade, the gentleman at the store added a second line to my phone and upgraded my insurance plan without asking at all. I had no idea. I realized this a few days later- that I was being charged $30 per month more than what I should have been. When I called the store to complain, a different store employee lied and said he didn’t work at the store and that it was probably just a misunderstanding. He didn’t seem to care at all about what had happened. The employees at this store are involved in fraud and illegal activities, likely driven by commission. I have since learned that this is not a corporate store, so the employees get commission for stuff like this. The employees need to be fired and I hope the store owner can investigate. This is theft. I am not one to ever complain, but please be caution with this store.

Cameron was not helpful at all and was very rude and condescending. He didn't even try to help a very simple issue that we had and told us there was nothing more that the store could do for us after a few minutes of talking. We went to the New Hope Commons location afterward and they were able to get my phone working. Whatever you do don't talk to Cameron.

Jordan and Jamal were helpful. Cameron was very condescending, argumentative and threw one customer out while I was in the store after interrupting the sales rep who was helping her. I would not recommend this store because of Cameron. I am canceling my Verizon account and service for over 2 years because of him. Cameron should not be working in any customer service position.

Do not come to this store. This store completely butchered my bill; it was $200 more than I was quoted. I brought two phones over from different carriers and they did not have working cell service for two days because the person who did the eSIM transfer messed up incredibly.
I also bought a new phone from them and they said we would’ve had to pay for some data transfer fee if we chose to. Extremely glad I didn’t, otherwise, I’m pretty sure I would’ve lost all my data.
Go to the New Hope Commons location, which is a corporate store. The people at the New Hope Commons location will make sure you walk away with working phones. They actually called the people at the N Pointe location dumb, lol.
I’ve spent the past few weeks trying to get the bill sorted. I might as well just port back to my original carriers. Absolutely ridiculous.

Great experience at this location! Dan was so helpful and patient as my family of four all opened new plans with new iPhones. Thank you again.

I have been a Verizon customer for many years and have not received such poor customer service.. We waited a very long time and were not provided assistance. The store manager was not assisting anyone and was unwilling to help. I would never return to this store.

Horrible customer service. I highly recommend purchasing phone from the Verizon Via phone or website. These stores are incredibly unprofessional and inconsistent.

The manager didn't feel like doing his job today, so l left and found what I was looking for elsewhere. He lied to me right off the bat by saying that what I was looking to do was impossible. I had already found the solution on my own, but I was looking for a shortcut to make the process easier.
