Greeted as soon as we walked in. Associate was kind, police and very helpful. All questions were answered no matter how many times I asked the same question.

Real life savers, Verizon support over the phone had botched an order completely and this store was able to get me working again right away.

Yeah this is the worst Verizon store in the area. I’ve never waited less than an hour to be helped and up to 3.5 hours in the past. Additionally, they added unwanted protection plans to my new phone without communicating that to me. An unpleasant surprise on the bill. They will respond to this review saying they are sorry I’ve had suboptimal service and will work to better customer service in the future but they won’t.

Worst cell phone store I have ever been in. Customer service SUCKS! I even had an appointment. Service rep said I couldn't get any service without proving who I was with ONLY my Driver's License for ID. I had left my wallet home by mistake, but had other official Government Photo ID, but he didn't care! He walked away, left me standing there! I'll NEVER GO THERE AGAIN, AND WII SOON SEVER MY LONG TIME RELATIONSHIP WITH VERIZON! IM 81, and have had cell phone service since it first came out! Been with Verizon I. NC since they bought out All Tell, probably over 25 years!

I was able to get a new phone. But I was at this same location 6 years ago. Then they were pleasant, nice, & helpful! Then they got a ten!This time they were rude, unhelpful, & my questions took several times to sort of get an answer. No thank you or any politeness. I’ve been a Verizon customer since the beginning. Will never go back to that location again. They are not helping the integrity of Verizon! This was June 2 2023

Geeesh.. I understand you guys are busy. I would have waited a little longer if someone would have at least greeted me. Acknowledge I came in the store. I’m not happy I won’t attend to come to this location which was so convenient.

Each visit here surpasses the last visit with each getting worse and worse. Horrible. Most recent visit, they wanted to charge me an additional $30 for putting on the screen protector that I purchased from them. I had never heard of that and they said it was a new Verizon policy. I asked them to show it to me and they pointed to a sign and I told them that was for complete transfer of old phone data to a new phone and it did not mention screen protector. I expressed my displeasure. The store is no longer a "go getter" store. All young men sitting on their butts not a single one getting off of their chair in any of my recent visits. I called customer service and they said they never charge additional for putting screen protectors on. I ended up at the Verizon on Glenn School Road and it could not have been a better experience. No mention of an additional charge installing a screen protector. (I know, why didn't I do it myself as I have done in the past but never manage to get that last micro-bubble out and it bugs me). Jameson took care of me at the new store and could not have been better. He had more energy and polish than all 4 "brothers" at the North Pointe store.

I scheduled an appointment, showed up on time. Waited 15 minutes, csr asked how he could help. I told him the phone I was looking to purchase. He said that he was printing up a list of options then he disappeared for 40+ minutes. I finally just left.

A BIG SHOUTING SHAME TO VERIZON WIRELESS in Durham, NC for turning off my mother’s cell phone in the middle of the night without notice over $40.00, yes forty, which they stated was currently due. After we made numerous phone calls (7 to be exact) to see what the issue was, called the bank to verify the payment was made and all caught up from a bank error, have the payment confirmation numbers, they still cut it off. Way to go VERIZON —leaving an 86 year old wheelchair-bound lady without her life line if she needed to call 911. Stellar moveON THE ELDERLY, VERIZON. ???

I placed an online pickup order for Christmas and no one will answer the phone, I have a newborn so I need to verify the order so I can pickup before the closing window closes . This is for Christmas presents . I have been calling two days straight and no one ever answer. Very disappointed
