Unrealistic wait times. Guy checking you in was a jerk. Totally useless and nasty when asked a question. The check in kiosks would have had more personality than him. Should let him help customers and let the clients check themselves in. Verizon used to be great and worth the extra $$ than the other cell vendors. What happened?

The staff is rude, incompetent, sale you overpriced bad quality products. Management is completely and Tuesday incompetent, unprofessional, lazy, biased, and overall poor. Leave you on hold for 20+ minutes and the CELL SERVICE SUCKS NOW

The people who work here are not honest. I came in to upgrade my iphone in November and was presented with getting a ipad or apple watch for free. It was never free. I got my bill and im definitely paying for it! I called Verizon and was told I never got the promotion now im stuck paying for an ipad i was told was free. Do not come to this Verizon if you do not want to get scammed. All they care about are sales!!!

For the walk-ins, the system seems not to work properly: after waiting for 1 hour and a half, you are next in line for seeing a specialist and suddenly you have 11 other customers ahead of you. Also, the store does not have enough staff to cover the high demand of services. Jessica was extremely helpful and friendly though. They probably need some help from the management team to improve the functionality of the store.

Completely and utterly incompetent when it involves dropping off a trade-in phone. We bought a new phone online, started a new plan and billing, and received instructions to drop off the old phone at this location. Front desk check-in person was rocked by this process, and it sounded like an act of congress would be easier. My wife called me at home and I realized I could change the option on the trade in to print a label at home and drop off at UPS instead. The lady at the store suggested we go ahead and do that. Are you kidding me?!?!?!?! What are you even there for? What a ridiculous waste of time.
Hey Verizon, do me a favor and close this store and pass on the savings to me with a lower bill.

I have been a Verizon customer 15 plus years and have never had such a bad customer service experience. Multiple workers standing around talking and no customer in the store. They seemed upset that we were interrupting their conversation. We upgraded 2 phones but even that was not a joyous event. E ded up having to come back 2 more times and each time they were short and rude. You should send secret shoppers there and make some staffing changes unless of course the customer service experience is not cared about by Verizon anymore. In which case I will be leaving permanently one I am done with these phones

I’ve been a Verizon customer for 19 years and this was my worst in-store experience. Accountability and customer service were completely lacking. On the flip side, I called Verizon and my problem was solved in under 5 minutes. Take your business to another Verizon store.

Bought iPhone at apple and went in to get it activated. 7-8 employees standing around chatting doing nothing and first employee I asked said they couldn’t help me at all because I wasn’t an account manager on the account. All I needed was the phone I already had paid for activated
