I spoke with a representative at 2:30 PM regarding my 3:45 PM appointment, during which I was informed of what to bring. However, upon arriving 10 minutes early, I was told that my appointment had not been confirmed, despite my previous call, and I was not seen. This unexpected situation has unfortunately disrupted my vacation plans.
When I requested a contact number to speak with someone about the issue, I was informed that no such number was available and that I would need to return to the same location, which previously declined to accommodate my dog. I find this experience to be quite perplexing.*

We’ve gone to this office since they opened and really like to see Dr. Tiller, as she seems very reasonable and competent and is always willing to talk through the treatment plan. Dr. Williams seems strong and experienced too. No cat loves going to the vet, but they get a thorough exam and testing done while keeping the pets comfortable. No one loves vet prices either, and they have gone up over the years since opening, but they’re still within the expected range or better. The front desk person may be their strongest asset - always pleasant and helpful.

Staff was very friendly and saw my dog quickly, the facility was clean and well-run. I give this place four stars instead of five though because of their slightly questionable pricing; to keep my dog from chewing his paw (it was wounded), the vet tech told me she was going to have him wear a cone. Cool, sounds good. I look at the receipt and see that they charged me for the cone, and it costs TWENTY dollars. Twenty bucks for a piece of plastic is kind of ridiculous given you can buy a much better quality one elsewhere at that same price, even cheaper in some places. I kind of wish she had just told me the cone costs twenty bucks, I would have just gone and bought my own. Then, I see on the receipt they charged me another twenty for a nail trim...which they just literally didn't do. My dog's nails are all still long so I'm not really sure what that is about. Also, the the salon right inside Petco charges $12 for a nail trim...
I appreciated the kind and efficient service we received but feel a little turned off by the nontransparent and questionable pricing.

Saw Dr Kaur today in the Durham Vetco! What an amazing experience as always! They treat all of my pets like they are family. I highly recommend Vetco if you are looking for affordable and honest care for your pets!

Beware the bait and switch. They offer pet care packages for veterinary care advertised for dogs 6 mo and up, only some things can't be done with until a dog is 9 months old, so you end up paying for every test and shot separately because they can't do the package. They will not let you pay for the package and come back for a vet tech visit for the other stuff once the pup is old enough.

My cats have received excellent, warm-hearted care from everyone at this Vetco. I have never felt rushed but have received good information and even hugs. Their prices are reasonable and not inflated.

The front office staff, technicians, and doctors are very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. I have taken my cats to both the Durham and Raleigh locations and everyone has been great. I feel really good about the care they receive.

Dr.Tiller and Amber couldn't have taken better care of me and my dog. Very professional and you can tell they are both passionate about caring for the animals in their care. These two should be recognized as great assets to this company for the care they provide.
