If you use this Walgreens hopefully you’ll never have to call them. I hate that my insurance is making me use this location and then when I fill something Walgreens says there’s an issue with my insurance. Just trying to get that question answered has cost me over 20 mins of being on hold.

Continually absolutely terrible. Wouldn’t fill time-sensitive prescriptions. They had to be transferred to another Walgreens. In another case, a prescription was submitted and 24hrs later they hadnt even started it, then put us in the back of the queue… for 5 pills.

Really slow pharmacy service. Nice folks but every time I go to pick up a prescription it's a 30 minute wait at the least. Perpetually understaffed. I'm going somewhere else now.

Terrible customer service. They never answer the phone or have prescriptions ready when promised. I’m going to move to a different pharmacy.

On the phone on hold almost 2 hours. I just hung up. That is ridiculous. I know places are short staff So try something else. Allow folks a call back or to leave a message or something.

I needed to pick up a prescription yesterday afternoon (3/24/23) but the web site indicated that the pharmacy was temporarily closed. I tried calling to find out what time it would reopen but the automated answering service would not connect me to the pharmacy because it was closed. We tried transferring to any other number in the store to get information, that proved impossible. Only Photo rang but no one answered. In fact, learned this morning (3/35) that the pharmacy reopened at noon yesterday but the web site still indicates that it is closed and there is apparently no way to learn this without physically going to the store. A second problem, which is recurring for both my wife and me is that several prescriptions keep getting automatically refilled even though "automatic refill" is not selected on our account pages. When we once inquired with the pharmacist why this was happening, he did could not say.

After being discharged from hospital Wednesday my mother in law, who has cancer, had a prescription for pain medication sent here. There already had been some back-and-forth between the doctor and the pharmacy b/c insurance was going to require a prior auth which would take time and so this first fill wasn't going to be covered. Which was annoying but fine, as long as she could get the medicine for her cancer pain. And then on going to the pharmacy to pick it up my wife was told they didn't have any in stock, but another Walgreens might and she could call in the morning (and figure out how to get a new prescription sent to that pharmacy, as required by law). Or wait until Friday, when more would be coming. It was only after she protested that the pharmacist looked more closely and found they had at least enough pills to fill most of the script. Needless to say my wife was relieved but in disbelief and quite upset at what had happened.

The worst pharmacy staff!!! Don't get your medication filled at this pharmacy they don't care if you have a terminal disease!!!! And need pain medication!! Wish you can give 0 star or a negative number rating!!!!!!!

This store is very unorganized. I wonder if they are going to close. All the pharmacy staff areal gone and now they have children at the counter. Twice in one week I waited for 45 min in line and was told I have no perception. I showed the clerk my phone with the Walgreens art that showed my perception was ready and then he shows me his computer screen and said yea well mine says we dont have anything for you. I had to call both Drs and they had to call the pharmacy . It took a total of 2 hours each time. Also they closed the drive through window which is crazy as there any many people who can not stand in there long line. Only one clerk on the counter is not enough. No one should wait in line for 45 min for there perception.Shame on you Walgreens cooperate for letting your store get this bad. Well I won't be back that is for sure.

Pharmacy says, "We give the paperwork to the immunizer. Then it's up them when you get the shot." then doesn't give paperwork to the nurse for 15 mins. In an pretty empty pharmacy. (No wait for the nurse who was nice.)

This pharmacy needs to schedule employees/service, in a way that it takes less wait time and customers not have to wait for 30-60 min even for minor questions.

The Walgreens pharmacy seriously needs more people answering the phones. I called, waited for 15 minutes, and then the phone disconnected. Now I'm calling back and have been on hold 20 minutes. If you're this busy, please hire more people!

I would suggest going to the Walgreens on North Lasalle, Fayetteville, or Guess for service that is kind and courteous. I usually leave this establishment feeling like I’m supposed to apologize to the employees for coming in and bothering them, simply by shopping. The exchange happened today in the drive thru when I arrived for a Covid 19 PCR test. The person at the window very abruptly and rudely said, “You’ve been getting too many Covid tests. Your insurance isn’t going to cover any more. You’ve gotten too many Covid tests.” I told her I had gotten a mix of inconclusive or positive, and was doing exactly what the cdc recommends which is repeated testing. I need to so that I can return to work and make a living. I understand the insurance has absolutely nothing to do with this woman, but it was the treatment. She was visibly annoyed at seeing me again which honestly hurt my feelings. I go out of my way to be so kind and polite because I can only imagine how difficult the job is. It’s also not just this one employee or experience, but multiple nuts been honestly all of mine over the past several weeks. It just seems that there is a culture there that the employees are not there to help you. You need to help yourself and if you need help you will feel guilty and regret asking. I’ve had these experience with the pharmacy and when shopping inside as well. I think it’s also telling how poor the rating is on here. I understand times are hard and so are jobs, but it would have taken nothing to explain that information with a little more respect and confidentiality, and she legitimately yelled it over the speaker.
