I had recently filled my prescription and used my insurance to pay for it. My insurance coverage includes $0 copay. They still charged me $13. If you have insurance, avoid this location. When I signed into my walgreens account, i discovered the insurance id # was erroneously input. So they didn't put it on the insurance.

The pharmacist at this location is a cruel and probably racist. This Walgreens is basically across the street from my dentist. I had a surgery planned for a Friday morning. My dentist early on Wednesday called in medication I would need for surgery. They said nothing to him at the time. They sent me an email saying they could not fill prescription, but would have to order. Another came 6 hours later saying prescription was filled. I receive a robo call next morning saying they can't fill prescription. Called pharmacy and things get bad. She says she does not keep one of the prescriptions because of "neighborhood " , that my dentist should know that. Refuses to help find another Walgreens so I can have my very necessary surgery in morning. Disparaged my neighborhood (black) and my doctor (black). This woman should not be involved in healthcare.

If I could I'd give no stars. This was a pharmacy issue I stood in line for 5 mins while the customers in front of me were seen. They put in their orders and I was still waiting even after their orders were paid for and given to them. This was absolutely unacceptably as I was already not feeling well. I get they were understaffed but there was not even an acknowledgement of me standing there. Absolutely unacceptable and I will not return to this pharmacy ever. This was closer and convenient because I was not feeling well.

This location is severely lacking in any consideration for their customers. If you have a pickup order you're probably going to have to go inside even though that's kind of the whole point of doing an online order in this time of COVID. I had a pickup and let the lady know at the drive-through, but she seemed baffled and said she didn't have anything but would let the manager know up front. So, I go up front to wait for them to bring it out but no one came. When I finally decided they probably weren't going to do their jobs I went in and said I have the pickup from the drive-through. Well, the lady at the front didn't have any idea about it so I'm guessing she wasn't told like the pharmacist said she would. I guess being a health-focused store means you don't have to worry about your own COVID precautions, so for that and the general disinterest in doing anything for their customers, they get the lowest rating possible. If you can go somewhere else, do it!

I entered this Walgreens at 8:35- and was rung up by an associate less than 4min later. After being rung up I asked where the restrooms where and he replied "they are closed for the evening", I replied, your store closes at 9 correct? His response, "yes, but they are closed for the evening". This may seem like a small thing, however I find it distasteful and complete disregard for customer support. I'm sitting in the parking lot while the store is still open because they CLOSE at 9pm. Why is it that I couldn't use your rest room? You'll never get my business again. Customer service is unsatisfactory!
