If I could give no stars I would. Why this location is still in business leaves me amazed daily. I stop using Walgreens for prescriptions and vaccinations because of this location. However, I hoped against hope that I could get a rapid COVID test after returning from vacation...I blame myself. I scheduled my appointment for a 2:15 test. I arrived at my time and waited for 7 minutes looking at the pharmacist talking on the phone before she finally acknowledged me, then I had the pleasure of waiting another 3 minutes for her to find out their COVID tests were expired and I should find another location. Please don't waste your time coming to this location, unless you're looking for a big dose of disappointment.

This Walgreens does not seem to have enough staff to function. I was left on hold for over 40 minutes with a basic question that I didn't need to come in person for. When no one answered after 40 minutes, I went in person because it was faster at that point to just drive there. There was one clearly overwhelmed staff member working the pharmacy and no one else. The drive-thru window had been closed, there was a long line, and the phone was ringing off the hook. Also, the parking lot is always full of trash. I think the people working here are doing the best they can with resources available, but clearly they are not being supported with adequate staff.

Some of the staff here (particularly during the day) is very kind. Overall, this is one of the most poorly run pharmacies I have ever had the displeasure of needing to visit. Tried getting an asthma medication here and was told it was waiting for me, went in and they informed me they had to order it. This was after 2 weeks of back and forth phone calls, 2 in person visits to check if it had arrived yet, and multiple notifications that the medication was there for me to pick up. This is the third time this has happened. I finally gave up and had my doctors office transfer the Rx. On top of not having my medication, the pharmacist that helped me via drive thru was incredibly rude to me, hung up on me, and loudly swore multiple times because I did not want to come inside. I’m not the type to leave reviews or give anyone a hard time, this was just next level disrespectful rude for literally no reason.

I was in need of a root canal, so dentist sent me there to get meds. Now mind you, my pain level from 1-10 was @ a 15 at this point which is why doc prescribed me that specific med. They have this new automated machine that calls u and lets u know when ur meds are ready for pickup. But no one can tell u approximately how long it will take to fill. 3 hours later no meds no call. So I call to see what's the problem bc pain is at a level 17 now. No one has even started to fill my prescriptions and they proceed to put me on hold for another 45 minutes. So I stayed on the phone and drove up there and remained on hold until I got in line at the location and hung up myself. At this point I have an attitude, so I asked,"if everyone went to school to get a degree for this job, how long does it take to fill a pill bottle when a fast food restaurant will make u a full meal in 5 mins. And they don't even require a high school diploma.I proceed to voice my opinion about their customer service. So out of embarrassment, they try to hurry up and jump on the prescription. There were about 12 other people in line waiting for a prescription that had been waiting for hours. Within the next 15 mins everyone was taken care of.. Why did I have to get out of character just to get some results that y'all advertise on ur commercials. How long does it take to read a form and put a pill in a bottle?I will advise everyone I ever meet for the rest of my life never to go to this location based on every experience I've had at this location. How can customer service be so bad and business still running. They need a secret shop or something bc this is ridiculous and inhumane, I felt less than a person. Never again, only at this location! This is sad

Its a horrendous Walgreens. After arriving for a scheduled Covid Test appointment it took 20 minutes after acknowledging me before giving me the test and then it is supposed to have results in 30 minutes and almost 2 hours later I call and get put on hold being passed around from one person to the next having to ask the same question over and over about when I should expect my test results and finally after 10 minutes of being passed around they say oh it should be in the system in about 15 minutes

I will NEVER be using this Walgreens again. I went in the store this morning and was returning a fed ex package as they take fed ex returns. This is NOT my first time doing it and everyone I have come in contact with has been super nice and didn't say smart remarks. The guy walks behind photo answer does not look polite to start with, I told him I was returning a fed ex package, but I only have a barcode. I was told I could print a label or use a bar code in my return process with this company. He beings to say my scanner never works with a barcode, I told him I never had an issue with them doing it before. He scans the Barcode about 3 to 4 times, and it throws him an error he proceeds to tell me it's not working... I told him could he get a different scanner or try it again. This guy they told me we don't tape it up or box it. I told him I didn't need the original package as it stated in the email, this guy beings shaking his head like I was telling a lie. He tries to scan it again and it worked. He then snatched the package from me put it in the fed ex pile and walks away. I asked for a receipt as I have also been given one and he said we don't give those.

This is the absolute worst pharmacy I’ve ever experienced. Over 90 min wait for a scheduled vax appointment. Twice while waiting they shoved paperwork in my face for the WRONG PERSON (talk about confidential information violations) and said things like “we don’t have the RSV vax in stock” when I was not getting that vaccine. Also tried to tell me my insurance didn’t work at any Walgreens… it does. And shots were covered in full.Rude, disorganized, horrible experience. Stay away.

It took longer to get my prescription than to be seen by the Urgent Care next door. I was a walk-in at the Urgent Care and the wait time was over an hour before being seen by the doctor.

I attempted to use their drive through at 11:30, after our dentist called in a prescription at 9:30. After waiting almost twenty minutes in the pickup line, (at that point the driver in front of me and behind me had shut off their vehicles) we speak THROUGH THE GLASS, into the speaker to the pharmacist (?) to find out that the prescription is not ready. How is that possible? They had at least 2 hours, The Man behind the window literally yelled from the other side of the pharmacy to tell me the prescription was not ready. Not very good customer service. They told me the prescription would be ready by 3:00 p.m., but to call first to make sure. We call at 3:00 p.m., and we are put on hold for almost an hour before someone comes on line! Unbelievable! When they do get on the phone at 3:50, they say the prescription is STILL not ready! We call back to the dentist to see if the prescription can be taken to a different pharmacy. It is after 4:00p.m, and they close at 6. Very little faith they will come through. Miraculously, they call back to say it's ready, a little before 5:00. It's a 3 minute drive, and I get there at 5:04 p.m. I go to the drive through, and there are two cars ahead of me, with their cars shut off. Immediately, I recognize the scenario and after 4 minutes i decide to go inside. At this time, I see what the holdup was-there is an old employee there at the pharmacy drive through window, and they are having a reunion of sorts. Nice to see and visit with an old coworker, but NOT with a line of people out side. Check your cameras. As she is leaving, (I'm still at the counter, waiting for my prescription to be filled.) a small dispute occurs between the employees about who is and who is NOT to be in the pharmacy. Apparently, not an old coworker, and not the lady working the window. I finally get my prescription filled and I leave. This is NOT a good look, Walgreen. I recognize that everyone, everywhere is short staffed, but it's not acceptable for people to just "show up". You can at least acknowledge your customers, wait on your customers (visit w/your friend after you service the customer!) and ANSWER YOUR PHONES. I am giving you one star because the gentleman at the front of the store was very kind, as was the man that asked me for money as I walked out.I will make sure to let any family and friends know, this is NOT a pharmacy that cares for you.
