Went to get vitamins. They were 3 times the price on Amazon so I left. Staff was very friendly though, especially the NCCU eagle!

It took longer to get my prescription than to be seen by the Urgent Care next door. I was a walk-in at the Urgent Care and the wait time was over an hour before being seen by the doctor.

I attempted to use their drive through at 11:30, after our dentist called in a prescription at 9:30. After waiting almost twenty minutes in the pickup line, (at that point the driver in front of me and behind me had shut off their vehicles) we speak THROUGH THE GLASS, into the speaker to the pharmacist (?) to find out that the prescription is not ready. How is that possible? They had at least 2 hours, The Man behind the window literally yelled from the other side of the pharmacy to tell me the prescription was not ready. Not very good customer service. They told me the prescription would be ready by 3:00 p.m., but to call first to make sure. We call at 3:00 p.m., and we are put on hold for almost an hour before someone comes on line! Unbelievable! When they do get on the phone at 3:50, they say the prescription is STILL not ready! We call back to the dentist to see if the prescription can be taken to a different pharmacy. It is after 4:00p.m, and they close at 6. Very little faith they will come through. Miraculously, they call back to say it's ready, a little before 5:00. It's a 3 minute drive, and I get there at 5:04 p.m. I go to the drive through, and there are two cars ahead of me, with their cars shut off. Immediately, I recognize the scenario and after 4 minutes i decide to go inside. At this time, I see what the holdup was-there is an old employee there at the pharmacy drive through window, and they are having a reunion of sorts. Nice to see and visit with an old coworker, but NOT with a line of people out side. Check your cameras. As she is leaving, (I'm still at the counter, waiting for my prescription to be filled.) a small dispute occurs between the employees about who is and who is NOT to be in the pharmacy. Apparently, not an old coworker, and not the lady working the window. I finally get my prescription filled and I leave. This is NOT a good look, Walgreen. I recognize that everyone, everywhere is short staffed, but it's not acceptable for people to just "show up". You can at least acknowledge your customers, wait on your customers (visit w/your friend after you service the customer!) and ANSWER YOUR PHONES. I am giving you one star because the gentleman at the front of the store was very kind, as was the man that asked me for money as I walked out.I will make sure to let any family and friends know, this is NOT a pharmacy that cares for you.

This Pharmacy is the worst on this side of creation. My fiancé gets his medicine from here and every time its a problem. Today he called at 12:00 noon to ask how long it would take for his prescription to be ready, they said 90 minutes. Why is it 2:45 and its still not ready. Yall gotta do better

Prescription department always has a line. They are clearly understaffed. Available pharms and techs always busy, but never enough to serve customers. On several occasions they did not contact our doctor for needed refills, resulting in lack of needed meds.Went to photo department for passport photo. Picture taken with a green background, which government rejected--background must be white. Time and money wasted.They often have beggars approaching customers outside the store.Not enough sales associates. Often can't get basic questions answered--Where's the dental floss? If you sign up for auto Rx refills, they constantly call & text with sales promos. Intrusive.Taking my business to small neighborhood pharm. Sick of disappointments from Walgreens.

This is the worst Walgreens pharmacy I’ve used. First of all, they’re only open from 9am to 6pm, which is inconvenient for anyone that works during the week. I can’t wait a week to refill my prescriptions. Second of all, every time I go in to get a refill they tell me it will be 30 minutes. Then I come back hours later and it’s not even been started. And when they aren’t able to fill something they never contact you to let you know. You have to physically go back in. Don’t even bother trying to call because they haven’t answered the phone once in the months I’ve been using this pharmacy. My advice is to just go to ANY other pharmacy!

Here for COVID text, Bad customer service, I been sitting at the drive thru window for a minute and have not been acknowledged, mind you, there are like 5 people in the back that I can clearly see but they aren't even looking my way smh had to hit the "call" button and the guy with the white coat (I'm assuming the pharmacist) had a attitude smh

Absolutely terrible experience with the pharmacy. I booked an appointment in advance for a vaccination. After driving 30+ minutes to this store I find that the pharmacy is closed for the day. I received no prior notification about my appointment.

The pharmacy is a hot mess and very unorganized. Also, their inventory is awful, looks like they haven't been restocked in a month.

Every other Walgreens in the area performs Covid vaccination within 10 minutes of arrival. This one takes 1.5-2 hours. Not sure what the nurse is doing but she just disappears for 30 min and doesn't take anyone in (she did it twice in the 1.5 hours I've been waiting)
