Its a horrendous Walgreens. After arriving for a scheduled Covid Test appointment it took 20 minutes after acknowledging me before giving me the test and then it is supposed to have results in 30 minutes and almost 2 hours later I call and get put on hold being passed around from one person to the next having to ask the same question over and over about when I should expect my test results and finally after 10 minutes of being passed around they say oh it should be in the system in about 15 minutes

I will NEVER be using this Walgreens again. I went in the store this morning and was returning a fed ex package as they take fed ex returns. This is NOT my first time doing it and everyone I have come in contact with has been super nice and didn't say smart remarks. The guy walks behind photo answer does not look polite to start with, I told him I was returning a fed ex package, but I only have a barcode. I was told I could print a label or use a bar code in my return process with this company. He beings to say my scanner never works with a barcode, I told him I never had an issue with them doing it before. He scans the Barcode about 3 to 4 times, and it throws him an error he proceeds to tell me it's not working... I told him could he get a different scanner or try it again. This guy they told me we don't tape it up or box it. I told him I didn't need the original package as it stated in the email, this guy beings shaking his head like I was telling a lie. He tries to scan it again and it worked. He then snatched the package from me put it in the fed ex pile and walks away. I asked for a receipt as I have also been given one and he said we don't give those.

This is the absolute worst pharmacy I’ve ever experienced. Over 90 min wait for a scheduled vax appointment. Twice while waiting they shoved paperwork in my face for the WRONG PERSON (talk about confidential information violations) and said things like “we don’t have the RSV vax in stock” when I was not getting that vaccine. Also tried to tell me my insurance didn’t work at any Walgreens… it does. And shots were covered in full.Rude, disorganized, horrible experience. Stay away.

It took longer to get my prescription than to be seen by the Urgent Care next door. I was a walk-in at the Urgent Care and the wait time was over an hour before being seen by the doctor.

Black lady steady following me around yesterday like I didn’t notice. Then told another coworker to watch me when I was looking for some gain. I had money in my hand and watched her TRY to tell the coworker to watch me. As soon as she left I told him Im going to the register l to pay so don’t waste your time on me.The older black cashier has a great attitude but slow and coworkers just watch and take there time in helping . Police always around and homeless always harassing. So homeless harass me and then the dark skinned black lady does the same. I was gonna spend more money but I felt uncomfortable and you will too. I don’t recommend the store because of the area, the homelessness and especially the black lady inside.

I attempted to use their drive through at 11:30, after our dentist called in a prescription at 9:30. After waiting almost twenty minutes in the pickup line, (at that point the driver in front of me and behind me had shut off their vehicles) we speak THROUGH THE GLASS, into the speaker to the pharmacist (?) to find out that the prescription is not ready. How is that possible? They had at least 2 hours, The Man behind the window literally yelled from the other side of the pharmacy to tell me the prescription was not ready. Not very good customer service. They told me the prescription would be ready by 3:00 p.m., but to call first to make sure. We call at 3:00 p.m., and we are put on hold for almost an hour before someone comes on line! Unbelievable! When they do get on the phone at 3:50, they say the prescription is STILL not ready! We call back to the dentist to see if the prescription can be taken to a different pharmacy. It is after 4:00p.m, and they close at 6. Very little faith they will come through. Miraculously, they call back to say it's ready, a little before 5:00. It's a 3 minute drive, and I get there at 5:04 p.m. I go to the drive through, and there are two cars ahead of me, with their cars shut off. Immediately, I recognize the scenario and after 4 minutes i decide to go inside. At this time, I see what the holdup was-there is an old employee there at the pharmacy drive through window, and they are having a reunion of sorts. Nice to see and visit with an old coworker, but NOT with a line of people out side. Check your cameras. As she is leaving, (I'm still at the counter, waiting for my prescription to be filled.) a small dispute occurs between the employees about who is and who is NOT to be in the pharmacy. Apparently, not an old coworker, and not the lady working the window. I finally get my prescription filled and I leave. This is NOT a good look, Walgreen. I recognize that everyone, everywhere is short staffed, but it's not acceptable for people to just "show up". You can at least acknowledge your customers, wait on your customers (visit w/your friend after you service the customer!) and ANSWER YOUR PHONES. I am giving you one star because the gentleman at the front of the store was very kind, as was the man that asked me for money as I walked out.I will make sure to let any family and friends know, this is NOT a pharmacy that cares for you.

I shop at this particular Walgreens at least 6 days out of the week. Very disappointed today when husband bought me a drink (that we grab EVERY visit )from there that was dated for 05-05-23. I didn't know until AFTER I've consumed it, so I hope I don't get sick. I will definitely check beforehand every single time from here on out but they should fix/check that ASAP.

Poorly stocked for over the counter (OTC) medical supplies. They have all the brands, but only 1 or 2 items in stock per brand. The diabetic supply shelf was nearly 50% empty. Just one or two items here and there. For example, 3 lancet boxes, only 1 glucose monitor, none of the diabetic shake drinks, etc.The store seems to be well stocked for everything else EXCEPT OTC medical supplies. They are offering free HIV testing june 27,2023.

Despite the pharmacy clearly being understaffed, they are total ROCKSTARS. They always put the customers first. I recently came in for a prescription that was outrageously priced. Before even complaining about the price, the team told me there was an over the counter option for a fraction of the price. Another time my doc sent the perception to the wrong pharmacy. They said it was going to take 1 hour to fill, which I didn't have time to wait because I was on my way to the airport. That team did everything they could to get me it quickly despite the long line of people behind me.Someone PLEASE get this team more employees...if they can do what they do understaffed...imagine how they can serve and impact the community full-staffed.

New to the area and had to transfer my prescriptions from another state. Previously with CVS but couldn’t stand the horrible customer service anymore. Transferred by meds to this Walgreens but my insurance didn’t run correctly. When I went to pick up it was over $1000 They quickly went to action, called my insurance and I walked out with all of my meds for $31. Thank you to the tech and the pharmacist on duty at 530pm on 3/23/23. You have a customer for life. Amazing customer service and compassion. Thank you.

By far the most rude, incompetent pharmacy staff I’ve dealt with— and I used to fill my prescriptions at Walmart so that’s saying A LOT. They refuse to answer if a medicine that is in short stock is already assigned to a patient, whereas every other Walgreens I’ve dealt with has been able to answer this. When I asked to speak the the pharmacist I got put on indefinite hold. The techs are completely worthless

I have to shout out the crew in the pharmacy! I’m new to town and this was my first trip to this Walgreens. You can tell staffing is short and they have a lot on their plates. They are very very busy but you can tell they are hustling in respect of their patrons’ time. They’re still super kind and friendly and have great attitudes even under the stress of being understaffed. The service was amazing - though there was a bit of a wait (maybe 10-15 mins) once it was my turn on line they took their time helping me choose a glucose monitor that was right for me and I didn’t feel rushed. Cheers to them - glad to have you as my new pharmacy - thank you!

This is the worst Walgreens pharmacy I’ve used. First of all, they’re only open from 9am to 6pm, which is inconvenient for anyone that works during the week. I can’t wait a week to refill my prescriptions. Second of all, every time I go in to get a refill they tell me it will be 30 minutes. Then I come back hours later and it’s not even been started. And when they aren’t able to fill something they never contact you to let let you know. You have to physically go back in. Don’t even bother trying to call because they haven’t answered the phone once in the months I’ve been using this pharmacy. My advice is to just go to ANY other pharmacy!

Extraordinarily slow and rude pharmacy. It closes at 6, but considering I’d already spent close to 40 minutes in the drive through with my cat, having fifteen minutes left should definitely have been enough time to fill a common, non-controlled prescription. If you’re spending 10+ minutes per customer, it’s unlikely it’s the customer’s fault. Not to mention, there’s no sign stating that they refuse to finish the line of customers who showed up an hour before they closed.
