I have been to this Walgreens for the third time to pick up a prescription, and each time, the customer service has been despicable. The snappy attitude when a follow-up question is crazy to me when it's a job they chose, but I digress. I tried giving them a chance because I wanted to be able to leave a decent review, but they left me no choice. I would rather drive the extra 10 minutes to a further location than deal with the miscreants that work at this location.

Super slow. I have been sitting here for over 15mins and no one has even came to the window. Someone came on the intercom and said she’ll be there in a minute it’s been over 15mins. After taking my girls to the doctor the last thing I want to do is sit in an empty line and have no one even come check on me. and when she do come back on she says she doesn’t have it in 2 seconds .

Compared to the Walgreens at Roxboro, my drive in covid test at this location was completed in 3 minutes and I got my results online.

I had to go to the pharmacy to get my prescription filled. The people on the farmers were very friendly and helpful.

My dentist called in a prescription for my upcoming surgery. They sent me a message saying some items were not ready. No big deal two days until surgery. The next morning I get a message that prescription is filled. That is followed by a message today that they are unable to fill prescription. I am set for surgery in morning without necessary medication. They are confusing and disorganized. Worse, when I called pharmacist she refuses to help me. Basically says it is her job. Cruel woman. Obviously doesn’t care about her PATIENTS.

The pharmacist at this location is a cruel and probably racist. This Walgreens is basically across the street from my dentist. I had a surgery planned for a Friday morning. My dentist early on Wednesday called in medication I would need for surgery. They said nothing to him at the time. They sent me an email saying they could not fill prescription, but would have to order. Another came 6 hours later saying prescription was filled. I receive a robo call next morning saying they can't fill prescription. Called pharmacy and things get bad. She says she does not keep one of the prescriptions because of "neighborhood " , that my dentist should know that. Refuses to help find another Walgreens so I can have my very necessary surgery in morning. Disparaged my neighborhood (black) and my doctor (black). This woman should not be involved in healthcare.

If you have a prescription to fill over the weekend...SURPRISE! This pharmacy is closed on SATURDAY AND SUNDAY.

I'm typically a fan of Walgreens but this location has aweful service. If you can avoid it, don't come here. There are much better options with far greater service not too far away.

The customer service at this location is horrible the Asian manager and the white lady manager need to be removed they talk very nasty to African-American people I thought I talk nasty to a senior citizen lady I’ve watched them talk to the other employees a young people very nasty I’ve been a loyal customerFor over 30 years I advise my church school board the kids school my grandkids daycare I advise everyone of my Facebook page up with thousand friends oh 4000 friend on Instagram not to come to the store and service them because I don’t like black people the cashier I will charge me $.60 and the white manager and Asian man to call the police on me I will never ever shop at this location again

One of the most frustrating pharmacy experiences I’ve ever had and by far the worst Walgreens I’ve ever been in. I was second in line to pick up a prescription I had already paid for through the Express app. The nine of the three pharmacy techs could efficiently process the transactions ahead of me. When I was finally called to be helped, the tech inexplicably walked away and returned a few minutes later, apparently answering texts on her phone. Jeez, what a mess they have going on over there!
