Manager of this store was really rude tours the employee today
She is short lady with short hair
She just starting to be rude and telling employee to not waste her time when all he was doing was his job She got really defensive even when i try to tell her he wasnt doing nothing wrong but to help a customer she just got mad and started saying i dont tell her what to do and i dont know what else this is not a way to treat employees!

Came to your Walgreens location 2/9/2025. Kelly the Sunday manger (short white guy/girl) Idk. Was very rude my wife and I was ready to check out, we waited to see if we would get help for 2 monster at least, my wife said to him/her "we are ready when you are". They proceed to throw whatever they were doing g down aggressively and assisted us. We refused to buy the item because he started to make Smart gesture and asking my wife to not start with him. ? Weird person you guys dealing with, They need to be Checked on, somethings wrong with this person.?

While it did take a little while to get through to a live human being, once Nicole answered I was absolutely blown away by her professionalism and kindness. She was able to help with a sensitive topic where other locations had been less than supportive or helpful. Nicole was compassionate and competent and warm when I truly needed a little human understanding. Cheers to Nicole and the whole team there!

UPDATE: Store manager sent a basic response and did not try to remedy the situation. Seems this treatment is standard.
I arrived to my appointment earlier than instructed. The associate giving the vaccines saw I was waiting the entire time. They missed my appointment time by 30 minutes. I received no bandage or cleanup after the vaccines. They don’t respect your time. Associates were at least friendly

You never know with this Walgreens. Sometimes you may come across a half way decent employee but sometimes you get the ones like Trudy, that without reason, speaks to people with that sharp snappy tone in her voice and with her words. I have never had a pleasant encounter with her and it gets to be uncomfortable hearing the way she speaks to other customers as well and I'm originally from New York so that says a lot.

I was told by a different Walgreen's location to call this one before scheduling a vaccination appointment. I need a vaccine that's a little unusual, and although the web scheduler allowed me to pick it, the first location couldn't order it. I spend 28 minutes being put on hold repeatedly with no assistance before being cut off. If they're that overworked, they need more staff.

The pharmacist was very helpful, but the store, ironically, has very little in over the counter drug items.

I needed a prescription but it needed preauthorization, which they faxed over but serious issue did not help me being that it was close to the office closing. I asked if someone could call. But instead they called me ato say that was not there protocol. That was no help for me at all. You do not deserve a rating, but i had to give it something inorder to post, your customer service needs to be reevaluated.
